The staff at this location are really sweet. Pizzaa taste great and are consistent every single time.

I love PM pizza, but I’m so tired of them getting my pizza wrong! Please train your staff so they know the difference in crust! We always order what we have been told to ask for which is «stretched thin,» but always end up with the super stretched — almost paper thin crust! It’s not fun ordering when you think you’re getting what the employee claims to understand…

The location is horrible because of traffic but however customer service is great. They are also good about taking care of you if they make mistakes.

Was charged to much and I ended up overpaying. I take full responsibility, however I will be keeping my eye out more often on the weekends when they are busy.

The pizza is pretty good, but I cant help but be annoyed when they leave ingredients out that are listed for a particular pie. Make note of the ingredient list and watch them build it, unlike I did.

Even with a long line, this Papa Murphy’s knows how to run an efficient location. The ordering process is easy and simple. The staff works with a clear sense of urgency and has teamwork. The pizza’s are prepared to order so special requests are no issue at all. The staff accepts coupons via your phone and has frequent specials in store. The $ 5 faves pizzas are a decent value but do lack on the toppings. All in all this is a well run location with a good value.

Just ordered a pizza to go and all of the topping were in the middle making it soggy after it was cooked. When I came to pick up the pizza the guy the rang me up(Blake) locked higher than a kite. Will never be going back to this location.

Don’t order ahead, they won’t have it ready when expected. We were told 45 minutes and an 1 hour and 15 minutes we finally received a simple 2 pizza order!

Scenario: I’m getting pizza with my autistic daughter at 7:30 pm, well past our normal dinner time due to workmen at our house.(Off schedule is not so good for autism). Salad in the bag, first pizza is done and second being prepared. In comes little big man who had ordered four or five pizzas hours ago and acknowledged he was late picking them up but still expected them to be ready as promised. I’m guessing they figured he was a no-show and sold them while they were still good. They said they’d give him a discount on all his pizzas and have them ready as soon as possible. Sounds like good customer service to me. So my second pizza is ready and they wrap it. I’m reaching and the girl tells me they’re going to make old boy’s pizzas first and that one was now one of his. Didn’t ask if it was ok, no apology, that’s just the way it was. Daughter was getting anxious and making conversation with all the customers and, in the end, I said I thought it was inappropriate to both compensate him and bump me out. I was told«but he ordered his hours ago» and still no apology. I don’t get it but, hey, that’s ok. There are really good pizzas, already baked, in the area.

Very friendly and super fast. Tons and tons of options to choose from. There’s always some type of deal going on. Theres salad and drinks butThey also have cookie dough and 2 different types of dessert«pizza». I’ve always had very helpful people to help me narrow down my choices. it’s convenient because you can order and pay on the phone and shwoop in and pick it up.

We’ve been gone from the area for over 6 years and it is always great when someplace that we had found consistently good is still as good as we remember. We get the gourmet vegetarian and love the cheesy goodness with surprising little grease. Service was quick and friendly, & they offered specials without being pushy. Its great that you can watch them putting your pizza together. My only negative is parking. Completely outside of their control, I just remember the old days when they were over at fred meyer and parking was so plentiful. Just know that parking is a challenge both in the amount of spaces & the size of the slots. If you are driving anything larger than a Smart car, you’ll need to suck it in to get in & out of your vehicle.

I’ve always loved this place. Some of the best pizza I’ve ever had. Yes, you have to bake it yourself, but once the oven is done preheating, it really only takes about ten minutes until you are biting into a slice of pizza goodness. My favorite has always been the Cowboy pizza, but they are all good. They also offer cheese bread, which is ok. I always thought it could use a lot more cheese, but I never think there is enough cheese on, like, anything. If you feel like also baking your own dessert they offer a cinnamon dessert pizza and cookie dough. Cause, you just had to bake your own dinner,(what has this world come to) so why not make it a theme and bake your own dessert as well? :)

Pro Tip: Order online, and maybe don’t go here on a Friday night at dinner time… Confession: Papa Murphy’s is some of my favorite pizza ever. 5 meat stuffed is my go to, and their cheesy bread is pretty great, too. Lastly: Most of the time the people are friendly and the pizza is made quickly. Every now and then the employees are in their own world with each other, but doesn’t happen that often.

Unprofessional? I don’t know. Unfriendly? Not exactly. High quality pizza accompanied by medium-level customer service at a staggeringly low price? Absolutely. The only thing better is Nick-N-Willy’s pizza, but they’re locked away in Colorado… for now.

Don’t even think about buying a frozen Pizza. Fluffy crust, LOTS of cheese. Always a sure bet. Like other Unilocalers agree… you can count on the quality and speed at Papa Murphy’s. Artisan Pizza is overrated. This is where it’s at. Lots of choices. Calories listed on the board. And since no one is counting calories, do yourself a favor and grab a tub of pre-made **cookie dough**. Staff was kind even in a rush. 3 Large Pizza’s– about $ 45.

3.75 stars… Cause it wasn’t mind blowing, but enjoyable. It’s like the Subway of pizza. Pretty fresh. Though I did burn my last pizza(no fault of theirs obviously), it was still delicious. I got the Cowboy Pan Pizza, which was on special for $ 11. I don’t know what turning it into«Family Size» entails, but that’s only $ 2 more. This regular pan pizza was HUGE! I could barely finish one piece(okay, maybe two… and a half). The crust was nice and greasy, just how I like it. A lot of dough in the pan pizza, but I prefer that over the other thin, cracker type option they have. Lots of meat and cheese. Hit the spot. You can pre-order online, which seems like a great idea. I couldn’t get the online ordering to work on my iPad, but that was probably just me. It would be nice to cut down on the wait time… which isn’t too too long, but they do have lots of online orders being made while you wait. I waited about 8 – 10 minutes for my pizza to be ready. Friendly staff. Pretty quick with greeting and taking my order. The girl making my pizza was new and could use some practice getting the topping distribution more even, but all in all it was fine. Clean storefront. They do punch cards if you come often.

Consistent quality. Well managed location. friendly staff. Number of kids plus their individual tastes plus growing appetites divided by income, adjust for inflation and we’ve been loyal fans of Papa Murphy’s for ages. This is the closest location to us and we love stopping in. The staff here is always friendly and quick. We almost never call ahead to order and even when they’re busy they manage to move everyone out in efficient quickness. Eating out in any fashion isn’t a very regular thing in our household. Between my own cooking and teaching all the kids to do so as well, we’re pretty covered with meals and my Master Pantry shopping spreadsheet means we’re always well stocked and on a tight budget. But, even with that, it’s fun to stop in here and grab some pizza and head home for a fun night. It’s also a great way to thank the kids for keeping each other alive and not burning down the house on nights I head out with Unilocalers ;)
