Very nice food. Got their small house pizza. It was decent size and plenty for one person. And it tasted great. Also tried their garlic bread. It was just OK. The cheese bread was fantastic. They do a great job with take out orders.

My family has been dining at Pizza Bank for several years and it is always good and reliable. It is normal neighborhood Italian pasta and pizza. If you’re looking for Tom Douglas or whoever is the latest hot commodity you need to go downtown Seattle, this isn’t your place. Just a very comfortable, friendly family-style restaurant with good food and drinks. They even have takeout for some of the pasta dishes — we had family(7) over and had 2 pizzas and 2 entrée ala cartes for less than $ 10 per person. We also appreciate the owner’s support of the local community.

I really enjoy the atmosphere. It caters to families with children. The restaurant gets quite full in the evenings. My kids love the pizza here! I love the pasta. Their are so many different varieties to choose from. The staff was very patient and accommodating. This restaurant is one of our favorites!

Pizza Bank is a decent family pizza diner. No frills, nothing fancy but polite staff, family friendly, and convenient.

I have been enjoying this family’s food for years. Wonderful pizza, lasagna, pasta, and good wine. Not fancy. .. Family friendly.

Their pizza is nothing like ordinary pizza. They have bread crust with way better cheese. The meat ball is not bad and mushroom are delicious. I would come again if i am close by. I wish they could do delivery thu.

I am really shocked that people would even have a negative comment about the place. I have been going here for so long the wait staff and owner know my family. Food is great even if it is a cheese pizza(which is incredibly good). Yes, they are a little pricy but are worth it. In regards to large parties, call in well in advance so they can be prepared for you!

We have gone to Pizza Bank several times over the years. The quality of the food and service continues to decline. Most of the pasta dishes and sauces are sub-par. Honestly, even Olive Garden is less disappointing when you want good Italian food. The pizza is mediocre and overpriced. Even at their best, a couple of years ago, I wouldn’t have given them more than 3 stars. Now, I wish I could’ve given them a negative rating.
Save your money!!!

There needs to be negative stars… one star is far too many stars. The service was appalling! From the under-trained waitstaff to the management! The management specifically should be ashamed… Yes you in the red striped shirt tonight who after providing us with the worst dining experience in history ran and hide in the back as we paid our bill. Since you clearly dont know how to manage a restaurant allow me to explain one crucial skill you’ll need to develop… Learn to apologize to your tables! It is essential you are able to take responsibility for your establishments mistakes and not run away like a dog with his tail tucked between his legs. 2nd if you see one of your waitstaff struggling… help them. We were a party of 10 who had made reservations the day prior. Once we all sat and settled the waitress came over and took our orders. I don’t know if it was her 1st day, or if they over sat her… or if she hadn’t been trained on how to take a large party But I’ve never seen someone flounder or struggle that much. It pained me to watch this poor girl. She clearly wasn’t equipped to handle us and she was in desperate need of help! To start we had to order our ice tea and beer 3 times before it was ever brought out… Orders were left out, entrees completely forgotten, and everyone’s food came out at drastically different times! My boyfriend and I were the last people to get our entrees… we received our pizza 30 min after the 1st person at our table received theirs! 30 whole minutes! The manager in the Red Shirt came over and the calmest sweetest man at our table explained we were unhappy since 5 of us had yet to recieve our entrees and it had been 15 minutes since they served the others. The manager hardly offered an apology and walked off and proceeded to avoid our table for the rest of the night. The manager should have come back and offered an apology, made sure we all got our food, and honestly offered some discount on the bill. You definitely should have comped the 30MINLATEPIZZA!!! We were there a full hour longer then we needed to be just due to all the mistakes and not being able to split the bill. None of us will ever be back. I can only assume a place like this is paying someone to take off their bad reviews… or writing their own good ones…

Very satisfied with them. I think they use good cheese which gives them a better starting point as a Italian restaurant — which main dish doesn’t include cheese right;) Their cheese itself is very tasty with full of milk flavor. We ordered a house special pizza and chicken masala pasta. Both were good. Happy that we have these guys in my neighborhood.

Amazing pizza! Fast and friendly service. Totally worth getting in the car to pick up pizza! All the ingredients are so fresh, you can really taste the difference. This is definitely our new favorite pizza place :-)

1 star for our food experience. but such amazing customer service, very impressed! The pizza and salads we ordered to go left something to be desired for us and sadly made all 3 of us who ate it sick that night. which was not fun, especially when you have a 3 week old at home. My husband contacted the manager the folllwing day and he did all he could to make it right… which was enough to make us think we may try this place again… once our tummies settle. *side note: if you are a white sauce fan know thay their cremy garlic sauce is in fact a red/white sauce mix :)

This place is a little too rugged and doesn’t always attract the most pleasant clientele– my experience was marred by loud xenophobic guests. The pizza here is fairly mediocre as well. I would not recommend this when there are better options available in the East Side.

If I could, I would give this place a 3.5 stars. Since I can’t, I will be nice and round up to 4 stars. I really enjoyed the food. The House Special pizza was loaded with lots of ingredients and it was baked to perfection. I loved loved loved the pesto and garlic pasta with chicken. It had a nice balance of cream, pesto and garlic. I will definitely order this again if/when I return. Our meal came with HUGE pieces of buttered toast, which went well with the pasta. The reason why this place couldn’t get 5 stars is because 1. The A/C was on way too high, so we were all freezing cold and 2. The service was wayyyy too slow. They need to have more servers when it’s busy because it took a very long time for us to put our order in, pay the bill and our food took a good 20 – 25 minutes to come out. Maybe next time I want to eat pizza bank food, I’ll try ordering take out.

Let me tell you this– pizza bank easily has some of the cheesiest, meatiest, most hearty pizza I’ve ever eaten. They have many options other than pizza though, for the more healthy or more«mature» people. One example is their salad– best salad ever. Second– their chicken Parmesan is also someone the best. You should eat here if you are in the area

Whenever we have family in town, we make sure to take them to Pizza Bank! It seems especially popular with our male relatives and they even get jealous when we mention we’re having some PB for dinner when they’re not around! Ha! When you first go to Pizza Bank, you must have the pizza! It’s kind of like Pizza Hut style, only much, Much better! I find Pizza Hut to be rather salty, and PB is not. They don’t go too heavy or too light on the sauce either.(I feel like Baby Bear… It is «just right.» ;)) The meatballs are really good here and you can add items to your pizza too — they do have some great House Specialty pizzas which have all seemed to be crowd pleasers for us. I’ve also tried a bunch of their other menu items and I really got addicted to the spaghetti with clams and garlic cream sauce for a while. It was SUPER tasty and they did not skimp at all with the clams. It seems recently, though, the dish has been under-seasoned and just not as good as it was the first few times I had it… so, I started to try some of their other dishes. I did not enjoy the baked pasta dish I tried even though they’re supposed to be house favorites. Pizza Bank also has some really nice lunch deals on weekdays(they’re not open for lunch on the weekends!): pasta, salad and some of their garlic bread for under $ 10 — not too shabby! They also have some good«grinders» and such too(you can order all day long): I’ve had the chicken pesto and they definitely do not skimp on the meat! Others with me have tried the sausage and pepper sandwich and enjoyed that too. This is definitely a nice little gem of a restaurant — I definitely recommend it!
