It was the 4.5-star rating for this restaurant on this site that made me curious. I had to take a look, since apparently this pizza is something special. It turns out that Pagliacci is different, but not necessarily better. I’d still probably come here before going to any of the bigger chains, but if I want pizza in Kirkland, I’m most likely going to Costco for it. I went in and saw that along with cheese and pepperoni pizzas sitting out, they had agog primo and spinach/chicken varieties on display. Being the glutton I am, I sampled each. Compliments for originality on the flavor, but they’re not getting any bonus points for the price. Actually, my biggest concern was how many napkins I had to go through to absorb all that grease from those slices. Definitely not a health-conscious choice, though I don’t know why I’d suddenly start expecting that from a pizza restaurant.

When I feel like I need to treat myself to some damn good pizza, I always head to Pagliacci. Just the fact that they use delicious local products like Salumi cured meats and Walla Walla sweet onions should tell you about their commitment to quality. A little pricey, but you get what you pay for…

SOGOOD. The pizza is very fresh, and tastes great. I ordered pepperoni and it was one of the most awesome pizzas I ever had. A few cute details: On the back of the worker’s shirts, it says«The g is silent.», as in the name, Pagliacci. Also, if you take the pizza to go, on the back of the box is some fill in the blanks. Fun for kids.

Awesome pizza. Definitely«gourmet,» as far as pizza can be. On the pricey side, but arguably worth it.

Love Pagliacci’s pizza, hated the service at this particular location. I came in for a slice in the mid-afternoon and ordered a slice of pepperoni pizza. The cashier, a young man, told me that it would be about 7 mins until the pizza was finished. He told me they’d bring the slice to my table once the food came up. The employees at this location all seemed young and playful; a little too playful to get the job done. They were singing loudly with banter going back and forth. After 15 minutes of waiting and being extremely hungry, I walked up to the counter and see that the pepperoni pizza had been sitting on the counter, and had already sold a few slices already. None of the employees had been paying attention to my order as they were too busy horsing around instead of doing their job, and as a result, the pizza just sat on the counter. I was pissed, a.k.a. hangry. I told the girl that I’d been waiting for 10 mins for my slice of pizza that apparently no one else was aware of. She apologized and gave me a coupon for a BOGO pizza slice… no thanks. Between the lackluster service and the empty tables with trash sitting on them that no one bothered to clear, this location left a bad taste in my mouth. I’ll stick to the downtown Bellevue location from now on since they seem to be more attentive and better organized.

Take out is better as dine in has a room for few. Their chicken and spinach pizza was the best compared to the veggie and chicken pizza tries so far. Definitely on the expensive side compared to other pizza places but it’s worth it, staff is great and the place is neat and clean.

Pagliacci is THEBEST for delivery! Their food is high quality and delicious, their staff is fantastic and they are SO reliable and easy to order from. There’s one other pizza place, which I will do the courtesy of not naming, that we occasionally order from because we like one pizza they offer and ordering from them is always a nightmare! When ordering from the OTHER place, I always have to repeat my credit card number 2 – 3 times and my order at least once. Conversely, with Pagliacci, they know who I am when I call and they keep our credit card and regular orders on file so it takes 30 seconds to order from them! The people you order from are always friendly and competent and the store does cool things like give a freebie now and then for loyalty. Their salads are awesome — it’s the majority of what we order, but the pizzas are great too! The salted caramel gelato they sell is one of my favorite ice creams ever. EVER. Love them. :)

I’m rating this based on my growing up in the north east. For Seattle pizza this is 5 stars. The texture is magnificent for NY style pizza. Crispy thin crust, not too thin. The cheese texture is perfect. Bread is great. My only criticism is the red sauce doesn’t have that sweetness that I love. This sauce is more tomatoey. The cheese and crust are perfect ny style. The venue here in Kirkland is great. Cozy and adequate for chowing on some pies. I tried plain and pepperoni slices from the counter and the pepperoni took me back to my days as a youngster in eastern PA. Find that touch of sweet in the sauce and this place would be perfect!

Really friendly young man at the counter who took my order. First time there. Took home a Brooklyn Bridge and ham/pineapple. Toppings were great; teenagers liked the PagLibs on the box. Crust was a bit soggy, though. Since I love pizza and they are close by, I will give them another try. I thought it was a little pricey for pizza.

I’ve had a variety of pizzas and everything is pretty good. Would definitely like it if I was able to get some more toppings on the pizza, but I think that it’s typical for a pizza place like this. It’s a good bridge between those fancy gourmet places and the typical Pizza Hut, Dominos, etc.

If someone was to take away my Pagliacci Pizza I would have to cut them. I mean, this pie is for real.

I’m revising my review after a very thoughtful follow up by the customer care team at Pagliacci. They addressed my concerns about how their CSR handled my feedback and I feel«heard,» the way I would expect from a good company like them. I love their food. It’s hard to stay mad, Pagliacci. I love you too much. I’m glad we’ve made up. ;)

I love pizza… all types of pizza. However, Pagliacci is a whole different ball game of goodness. Even just a plain cheese is enough to make my mouth water. Wholesome, good quality ingredients, always on time with their orders(both pickup and delivery), and you can tell their pies are made with care and not sloppily put together like other pizza places. Granted, Pagliacci is a bit pricier than your average pizza, but the taste/flavor is well worth it when you compare it to Pizza Hut(ehh) or Domino’s(ehhh).

Ahhh Pag. This is what I consider«good» delivery pizza. I’ve been loyal to Pag for years, and they have always taken care of me! So be warned, you are paying a bit more for the quality you are getting. Delivery always surprises me a bit, but so much better than the other local options. This location has a nice sit down area as well, with a few adult beverage options. Recommendations: Brooklyn Bridge… it’s their version of the supreme, and it rules. If you don’t like a lot of toppings, maybe choose something a bit more basic. Pagliacii Salad… SO good. I highly recommend this one over the salad choices! It’s a perfect combination of salami, garbanzo beans, and fresh greens. go for it! I’ve not had the gelato, but people also rave about it!

I grew up on this stuff. It’s really too bad I am not eating dairy anymore(or trying not to). This is the kind of restaurants that I miss the most(and I cheat on my diet time to time for). My wife and I LOVE their spinach and chicken pizza. Slightly salty, cripy pizza crust, chopped up raw spinach, chicken, garlic(I think), cheese, and pepper flakes. So so good. This is also one of my son’s favorite restaurants. He only eats cheese pizza. This location serves pizza by the slice. Once you place the order, they heat up the pizza for you in the small oven. They also have some alcoholic beverages. I think I saw Maritime Pacific beers in the fridge, but I was able to resist it. Recommended. They have TVs too. When I went they were showing NFL games. All major credit cards are accepted.

Holy Pizza says this former NYer! I am a traditionalist when it comes to my pizza. Call me crazy but I love a good cheese pizza(not extra cheese, not fresh mozz, just a good old fashioned cheese pizza). After trying a few pizza places in the area, I ordered delivery from Paliacci Pizza and was so very happy! The crust is the perfect amount of thick and thin. The cheese is evenly distributed across the slices(this is important, people!) and the sauce delicious tomato heaven in your mouth. These three elements done right make for pizza happiness in your mouth! I also always order salad with pizza delivery, it makes me justify eating pizza for some silly reason. The pagliaccio salad is so yummy and they have the most delicious tangy house dressing. The service is also so quick — not to jinx them or anything but they always deliver way under the estimated time. Love that. They also have your order history when you call so if you, like me, order the same thing every time they make it super simple! I hope you enjoy them as much as we do!

called in an order for pick up as we were driving back from an event. Had about twenty minutes to get there and when we walked in the pizza was just coming out of the oven. Great smells greeted us, and the staff was helpful but things were hopping so had to do a bit of repeating. Kids loved the pie, and the pizza-libs on the top were hilarious. So, for sure will visit this location again.

I am a fan of Pagliacci and with this being near my office, I spent a few years driving by on my lunch with a little sadness in my heart that they weren’t open until 4 or 5. There were also the times when the collective group of us in the office would get a hankering for Pagliacci but would have to satisfy the craving by traveling all the way to Bel-Red to pick it up. No bueno. But now, they’re open earlier! Not only are they open earlier but they also serve slices so it’s really easy to drop by and pick up a slice or two(my favorite: margherita) for lunch to-go or eat there in what seating that they do have. The people behind the counter can be a little awkward but there hasn’t been a person I’ve encountered that hasn’t been totally nice. Thumbs up!

So happy to be in Pagliacci Pizza delivery zone! In general, I love the Pagliacci chain, and my local delivery kitchen is as good as I could expect it to be. Service is extremely good, from the person who takes your order over the phone(I love that they can figure out who you are from your phone number and you don’t have to give them your address each time) to the promptness and friendliness of the delivery person. I know they take this stuff seriously, and it shows. I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad service experience with them, and I’ve ordered a lot. Food is great. My favorite order is a Pagliaccio salad and a margherita pizza. I know the pizza sounds boring, but it’s really delicious in its simplicity. If I feel like fancier toppings, anything with ricotta cheese is fantastic, and they’ve got some nice seasonals, too. I think the last time it snowed, not only were they still delivering pizza, they actually changed their hours to open earlier to satisfy hungry people who can’t drive in the snow, like me. How awesome is that?
