I asked for additional cup for my small coffee because it was burning my hands and the sleeve they give you is too loose. Nobody wanted to give me an extra cup! Like are you serious??! I was so offended since it costs them nothing and what’s the big deal?! They were rude about it too! I asked for a manager who was just avoiding me! Just plain rude and obnoxious! How pathetic

Terrible. I’ve gone here many times, and they always manage to mess up my order. Seriously, is «No sugar» so hard to understand?!

Dirty, unprofessional and got sick twice from here. Never again. Really who gets food poisoning not once by twice from DD? Aren’t they all suppose to be the same? I know it’s right across from the train but just walk the extra block to 37ave and go to the DD there at least you won’t get sick and it’s clean(meaning it’s not rat infested with sticky counters)

If I don’t pay cash here, my debit card never works. It works everywhere else, in the world, but the cashiers have no idea how to do anything but charge you, they don’t even know how to type your credit card number into the computer. If it doesn’t swipe, they don’t do anything else, so they make it your problem. This has happened 3 times now, On top of that, depending who’s making drinks, in iced beverages they put regular sugar in it instead of liquid sugar. So u have a inch of settled sugar at the bottom of your drink. This location is by the subway, it’s the only reason I tried going here, well not anymore, so dumb.

I get my drinks here every single day… the morning shift people r very unfrenly and they seemed like they can’t wrk well in rush hours… I like the ladies group there who are really fast and they work as a team and the orders are always correct and served fast and well… THEGUYZTHERESEEMEDTO B VERYCONFUSEDNDRUDE…

The lack of competence and coordination here made it one of those experiences that’s equally infuriating and amusing. Staff, unaware of the promo they put up a huge sign for, took forever to finally prepare and then properly charge us for a single scoop of crème brûlée and a sundae with world class chocolate and jamoca. So many other options within a 30-second walk right underneath the Roosevelt Ave station, so go elswewhere.

Are you late to work every morning bc you had to stop for coffee? Just dropping by to shout out the ladies that keep this line moving every morning. Re: the counter staff… talk about grace under pressure… come in here on a weekday morning between 830 and 1030… the staff at the counter moves with such finesse. I mean like with the traffic they get… the line should be out the door but the AM team has you in and out in a jiff.

Hot coffee is too watered down. Ordered ice coffee once, found a container full of ice after three deep sips. Never coming back to this branch again.

Between the terrible landing and bus ride from the airport my stomach was feeling a little off. I stopped in here to grab a quick bite to help with the nausea. I went with a chicken biscuit and has browns. Has browns were undercooked and limp though somewhat tasty. The chicken biscuit was just terrible. After the first bite I didn’t think it was too bad but I could only half finish it before the bland somewhat sweet taste and mushy texture forced me to stop. Unless I wan’t a bagel or doughnut I think I’ll stick to nearly any other fast food place.

This place is completely new. It remodeled for the better for sure. It looks more vibrant and it looks like there see more space all over. It is bright and seems like a restaurant type of scene. It definitely has a bright side to it, which was a good thing for the remodeling they had done. Their Baskin Robins side had some pretty good choice. I dont prefer ice cream so much, but I would love to try some of them for sure. I want to try the Rum mocha, or I believe that is what it was called. The archive is alright, I never really got a attitude from anyone of them. But they need to make their coffee much tastier. It was just blah. If that is how the Dunkin Donuts blend is like than it is going to lie people soon. That is why I give it three stars really. For some reason you figure a coffee place would make better coffee.

I must have a sign on my forehead that say«ignore me» because every time I come here I have to practically«jump over the counter and roundhouse kick someone in the face» to get someone to acknowledge me. I swear, I’ve had people walk in before and after me and gotten service before me. I only go to this location out of desperation or if I really need a Baskin fix. Otherwise, you couldn’t pay me enough to go in there. The cashiers are rude and the customers that walk in are just as rude. I get it, not everyone is nice but almost getting into a fist fight with a girl half my age over her inability to move out of my way when I said«excuse me» so many times I was practically able to see how much wax build up was in her ear of how close I came to screaming in her ear. Her boyfriend had to hold her back. Absolutely unacceptable.

I would give this place zero stars, but the cashier who served me was very nice. His co worker was an ass, and there was homeless ppl taking up all the seats. So I couldn’t even sit down to charge my phone. Smh horrible.

This Dunkin Donuts is not the best but what can you expect from a sketchy block under the train. They have fast enough service. You go in, you get your items, you get the hell out of there as quick as you can. Roosevelt Avenue has a lot of worse blocks but this one is right outside of the train, so you can get your items and jump on the train quickly.

The people who work here are nice and approachable. I got a latte here recently, and it was somewhere around $ 3. The lady asked me if I want sugar, and my reply was yes, please. This is kind that they asked. I like it when people inquire instead of assume. The Dunkin Donuts espresso is not particularly strong, but then again it might just be my foam diluting it. I notice there are long lines, since this place is across the street from the train station. If you want to have a seat, then it might be best to pop in during non-rush hour times. I got on a line of 8 people all glimpsing their watches and rushing to work. I just wish there was more seats or benches. There are people sitting inside not purchasing anything… awkward when you need a seat. I also did not see a bathroom which I needed after my espresso.

The register makes sounds like a trumpet and that makes me laugh. Also one of the only places in the neighborhood serving ice cream. And the customers are weird, which is awesome.

Always busy, constantly full of people(sometimes VERYWEIRDPEOPLE). The coffee sucks! Service is sloppy, they have no problems handing you a cup that they spilled milk all over & thats dripping. Customer Service could use improvement, the cashier reach over you to get to the next person instead of waiting till they are done helping you. Hot Chocolate is pretty good, then again all they have to do is push a button! The biscuits always look old, I’ve never had the courage to try one. Blueberry muffin was good, the hash browns are VERYGREASY! The whole place could use a cleaning honestly. I once had to listen to a customer take about how badly she had diarrhea while waiting for a cup of hot chocolate

This place reeks of Roosevelt Ave trash. It is situated right across the street from the entrance to one of the busiest subway stations in Jackson Heights so of course it is going to get a lot of business. I have personally went inside of here on many occasions and was disgusted at how badly the store was maintained. Also a lot of homeless people stand around and ask you for your change once the clerks hand it over which is embarrassing and annoying as hell. I have been to some dunkin donuts which were really good in my hood but this place should be renovated and relocated.
