Dunkin’ Donuts

When I walked in my first response was, «Why is the counter so huge and empty.» It was awkward.
I ordered my usual a number 3 multigrain cream cheese and jelly with a coffee.
I told her I wanted it with strawberry jelly, I got grape. What if I was allergic? That’s not right. The customer should be notified before altering their order. Just to be sure.
I told her I wanted the coffee with a lot of milk and sugar not too much coffee because I wanted it to be warm not hot. Oh my, let me just say, the best prepared coffee in my history of coming to Dunkin Donuts. I feel like I was home and I made it myself but in 2 mins. She was great in understanding what I needed.
She also worked quickly and got all the order in under 3 mins. She’s the bomb dot com.
The guy making my bagel however was slow as heck and took his sweet time like the world revolved around him. I had to stop drinking my delicious coffee, that I wish I would of got as a large because it was so good, to wait for my bagel so I had something to swallow it down with.
I’m going to be in the area every Sunday until October and I can definitely see my self being here again.

Worst customer service EVER! For example When i finish ordering at the counter I always move to the side bcus other ppl need to order so when i see my coffee is ready i tell her IM HERE ITS FOR ME & she still makes me go alll the way back to the counter today it happened! Also i went to the counter to ask for a straw bcus there was none so the girl goes put straws and is yelling HELLO straws are here like ??? I dont get it why couldnt you give me one over the counter?! Why make me feel like im a shitty customer!
UGH THIS PLACE JUST NEEDS BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE IN GENERAL!

This is a completely AWFUL place.
I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich with a coffee and added a water to it so me and my five year old can split the sandwich.
My coffee was watered down, and I asked for it black with one sugar. So there was no chance of milk making it taste the way it did. Bottles water is bottled water, so there is no issue there.
But the sandwich;
I cut it in half, and We each ate a half on the way home, I had a cold, and my smell and taste is off. The most uncomfortable feeling in the world to feel when you find out something bad is going to happen.
My five-​year-​old made a nasty face after a few bites, and started to cough. I immediately take the sandwich away and since I already ate mine, saw the other half eaten one. I opened it up, and there is all of these crumbs and mystery pieces of stuff, I guess melted in the cheese. I ate this? Worse, I fed this to a child?!
My heart sank and sure enough twenty minutes later we’re home and my-​five-​year-​old is throwing up into the toilet. The throwing up lasted two days in a row, I had to make a visit to the Pediatrician, and sure enough has minor food poisoning. So did I, but mine wasn’t that bad, Over the years I’ve manifested an iron clad stomach for the most part, (Thank Mom for not knowing how to cook all those years, and a detrimental occurrence once before regarding undercooked pork. Thanks Mom)
One week of meds for the little one and a soft foods/​liquid diet, for not wanting to take the chance of anything taking too long to digest and coming up again.
Thanks for nothing, never go in here. i sure won’t. I don’t even know what happened to the people who I gave the doughnuts to.

I would like to go on the record to say that this place is the bomb dot com. Even though I made a order that was not correct. This place made it their business to correct it and delivered the correction to my job. Thank you to all that works in the morning there. I’ll see you tomorrow on my way to work.

Customer service is great, funny and fast. One thing they have to be careful is to not sell old donuts. Sometimes when I get donuts from here it feels the donuts where from last night.

It’s a standard dunkin donuts. The workers aren’t the best at English but that’s pretty much to be expected from any dunkin donuts. It’s mostly the location that makes me attracted to it. They have one at every subway stop in Jackson heights.

DOUGHNUTS and delicious inexpensive breakfast sandwiches. *BOOM*

Standard Dunkin joint. French vanilla coffee was not flavored as strong as hoped.
Right by the 7 train and open at all times. So if you need a caffeine fix this is the spot.
