Today at about 6 o’clock pm in Broadway Elmhurst Dunkin’Donuts store .I paid a men employee 3 dollars 23cent to buy one dollars munchkins and two dollars chocolate donuts, when I got home & open it, it’s only two pieces munchkins, it’s missing two little pops, I feel upset and feel tired to go back!

Save yourself some time and go somewhere else than buy ice cream or any other think from here. I think I was better off getting ice cream and better customer service going to Duane Reade next door. Ordered two of my favorite flavors(pistachio and coconut). The man scooped a pretty good amount of pistachio first and then proceeded in trying to scoop the coconut, which I’m not sure if he scooped for a newborn child. He apologize and said it was frozen.(dude, ice cream is frozen!) He covered it to go and explained to him that the coconut scoop isn’t even a full descent scoop and he says it’s a regular size(yes, for a newborn). Then he tells me it’s because the ice cream is frozen. So which one is it, frozen or your just too lazy to and cheap? The last time I got the same flavor there were pieces if ice in my scoop. Like they took that last bits from the previous tub and dumped it in the new once to re-freeze. This is my 3rd time coming to this place either to grab a drink or ice cream and they have the worst employees working here with the lowest time of customer service. Does anyone know if this is privately owned?

Definitely not the best dnd experience I have ever had… its a very cramped store, some of the workers are inattentive and slow, and I had to have them remake my coffee for me. Ill go back if I have to.

They have terrible customer service, let’s just start off with that. I had paid for an iced coffee and I needed to use the bathroom. I asked the ladies at the register for the key about 3 times before I had to raise my voice a little. They claimed that the key was«broken» really? At this point I already knew how bad the customer service was here so I didn’t even bother to waste my energy. I’m not surprised at the ratings here on Unilocal. The workers are rude and lazy. They just let homeless people in during the late nights where they sleep there. That’s not an environment I’d want to eat in. With their laziness, I bet they don’t even clean the seats after they leave. Do yourself a favor, go someplace else.

*REVIEWINGFORTHEIRNEWERLOCATIONTHATISATTACHEDWITH A BASKIN&ROBINS. My husband and I decided to order two small hot chocolate which comes in a paper cup rather than their styrofoam cups. Naturally of course, the cup is VERY hot to the touch. I asked one of the employees if they had a cup sleeve similar to Starbucks’. She says«no» and thereafter asking if she could double the cup she says«No, you have to pay.» Really… For a small sized, empty cup. Other locations that are much smaller and make lesser business have no problem making sure their customers are happy. I wonder how she would feel if a situation like this were to happen to her if she felt her hands were burning. There are better DD with much nicer service and much nicer employees who actually enjoy their job.

UGH! I don’t really review chains unless there’s something is wrong with it. well… THISONEDOES! Can’t make the coffee right(Come on, iced coffee with Hazelnut is not that HARD!). Donuts and Bagels are regulars, can’t go wrong with that, like LITERALLY is in front of us! Sigh…

Blech. Location is HELLA small. Three tables, six chairs and you have a 15 minute limit at the tables. They HELLA don’t know the difference between their chocolate donuts and their maple donuts.(I was handed a dark chocolate brown donut and I said, «are you sure that’s maple» and the woman told me in her accent«yes it is, see the sign?» Just because your damn sign says it’s maple doesn’t magically make it maple. That’s like me saying a banana is an orange because the basket I pulled the banana out of was marked with a sign that says oranges. Plus I HELLA didn’t like the hash browns or their coffee. The coffee was very watery and the hash browns greasy and have some weird leaves in it. WTH? Sorry not worth dunkin’ my donuts at.

their donuts are not the freshest. they have specials that may last just an hour, they will put up varying signs and then they will pulled it when the customers start coming in. they will have a special of buy 6 donuts and get 6 donuts free. however, they will only let you buy 2 of each items, so if you want a third glazed donut you are out of luck.

I’ve been to better Dunkin Donuts. This location is small and it looks kind of grimy. It’s a good place for a quick coffee if the deli or the Chinese bakery across the street are closed. The donuts don’t look the freshest!
