Not to be racist or anything but why are ALL the DD locations hire only indians ? dont get me wrong their service is quick and amazing but come on throw a latino or an asian in the mix. what can i say about DD’s tho ? Their all the same. donuts and coffee and sometimes ice cream.

Slow but polite service. Fresh donuts. Littered and dirty. They did get an A from the city though.

There’s always a cop in here, it’s like a little police headquarters. I live around here so it makes me feel safer(in the sense that a major crime spree won’t occur) although I can’t say that anyone is safer around a group of people with loaded guns and emotional issues. It’s only a matter of time before they snap and kill someone so that they can get a paid vacation.

This dd is very convenient because it’s right under the train station. Which is why I decided to go on a whim this morning. The lady was very slow and I was the only person there. She asked me 4 times what drink I wanted to which I repeated a coolatta the Oreo kind. I think she was half a sleep because now when I actually looked at my food it looked so blah non tasty made with no love at all, I couldn’t even finish it. Nothing like in the picture I should of known better and gone to a bakery. Oh well you live & you learn.

This DD is bigger than others I’ve seen around the area. Service is also good for the most part. I ordered a donut today and also asked the lady behind the counter for a cup of some water as well and she actually gave it to me without making a fuss. Can’t say the same for the 2 places I went to before that(including another DD), where they rudely told me I had to buy a bottle when they clearly had access to free tap water.(I just needed a sip of water to take my medication). So, thanks DD employee for providing decent customer service!

In the neighborhood of Jackson heights, this location is among the best with price points! The service also is much better than that of 82nd street, but there is a lot of room for error. Depending on who is working, you can get exactly what you asked for or something completely different.

Mediocre DD found right across the street from the 74th st-Roosevelt ave station. The only star-worthy part of this DD is that it is open 24 hrs. As for great tasting coffee, price, friendliness, baked goods, clean bathroom use, go across the street to LaNueva Bakery.
