Ordered momo but it lacked salt and I got only 2 tiny chilly paste packs for 3 plates of momo. Less than half of them had holes in them and it didn’t taste fresh. The delivery man wanted me to sign the receipt but he didn’t have a pen with him. Who comes down to their doors with a pen to pickup their food. It was an average momo. Who knows, may be I got a bad batch.

We decided to try this restaurant instead of the other nearby Nepali restaurants and for the most part regretted it. The Chicken Thaali was a bland and unremarkable affair. The Chicken momos were also a major disappointment considering the neighborhood has half a dozen better alternatives in walking distance. The servers were nice but service felt a bit clumsy and needs improvement. On the plus side does seem like they have live Nepali music which we a bit early for but definitely a nicety.

We went there for the first time on a Friday late afternoon, since I had not gone to this particular nepalese restaurant in the area. We were on a momo eating spree so ordered chicken momos, after having one at nearby Amdo’s kitchen. It was not even close. Amdo’s momo was far superior and tasty. This on the other hand, felt like it was reheated a couple of times. Moving on to the main course, we ordered the nepali chicken thali, which was another huge disappointment. Dal and chicken were bland, no flavor. The achar was mediocre at best. Mula achar was good but that’s about it. On the positive side of things, looks like it does have some live music after 8:30pm.

We have been here before We were not expecting the food to be soo good Their mutton items are really good It tastes like Nepali homemade food However, they seriously need to work on service May be he was the manager, he didn’t have much idea on the Unilocal coupon we had He along with his servers should be trained to serve

This is our first visit to this restaurant. Ambiance is simple and service is good. We only ordered vegetarian food. Veg Thali was quite good but Paneer Masala curry was disappointing. It is watery and salty with no taste. If you are looking for good north indian food experiences, this might not be the place for you. We did not try any Tibetan or Nepali choices on the menu so I can not speak to those items. All in all, our visit was somewhat ‘disappointing’.

Awful food. We ordered beef broccoli for take out on Sunday. It tasted awful, there were huge chunks of half-cooked beef, and cauliflower in place of broccoli. They should have told us that they did not have broccoli. We had to throw it all away, and it was a waste of money. I do not recommend this restaurant.

Delicious, simple, home-style Tibetan cuisine in the heart of Jackson Heights. C-Momo & shyapta over rice was delicious! Too spicy? Get the mango lassi to wash it all down.

This place is good to have Nepali food and drink during the day. If you want to have chit chat lunch its quite and calm. But never try buffet menu. Cheap buffet price is intimidating and I have regreated on my buffet choice. Pork chilli is good here. I tried Chicken Thali today was not bad. Evening looks musical but too loud and annoying. The best thing is servers are nice, lovely and attentive. Owners are friendly. Worth to try for Nepali Foods…

Came in and ordered a glass of chardonnay. The waitress did not even know if chardonnay was white or red. After tasting the chardonnay I realized it tasted like its been sitting there in a half opened bottle for atleast a week. I left right away. Never going back to this place again!!! So many other better places in the neighborhood. STAYAWAY!

They have a large place for parties with live music every day. Besides it, the restaurant is quiet and clean. Food is nice, but a little too bland.

Great place for small party or get together. Had been there last night. Party hall on the basement separate from regular restaurant eat-in. Food was delicious. Happy and highly recommend.
