We had been here to purchase a dining table. We were able to find one quickly and the guys helped me in getting the sale in quickly so that we could get the table shipped from the warehouse for the next day. However, I did not find their mattress or sofa collection as impressive though.

I bought a sofa and a chair from them. Within a month the fabric is pilling! They claim it’s not a defect! They use the cheapest material on earth. Poor quality, poor customer service and their warranty is a hoax! My 15 year old sofa looks better. Don’t waste your money!

Came here on a Saturday afternoon to buy living, dining and bedroom furniture for my dads new place. I was a little hesitant based on the Unilocal reviews but decided why not give this place a shot! As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by the store manager who pointed us in the right directions of where to start since this place is HUGE! We headed straight for the living room furniture and we were quickly greeted by Mona. She was so amazing, very friendly and patient(we were in the store for 3+ hours). Mona helped us every-step of the way literally even with rugs and lamps. I can’t thank her enough for all of her expert advice and ideas about interior design. She was very patient with my dad and really grasped his likes and dislikes quickly. Everything we needed we were able to order that day for next day delivery. My dad was extremely happy and impressed and we can’t wait to get our furniture today(I love that they have next day delivery) Thank you thank you Mona you are such a gem, please ask for her when you visit Living Spaces.

Very poor quality furniture. I purchased the«Extended Warranty» so it would be covered, but the«Extended Warranty» they sell is actually DAMAGEINSURANCE. It will NOT cover any manufacturer defect. Plus as an added bonus, the second party«warranty» company Ultra Shield is very unprofessional and difficult to deal with. Do Not purchase furniture from Living Spaces! But if you do, take my advise and do NOT waste your money on the Ultra Shield«Extended Warranty»

I ordered a gray couch and received a blue couch. I called right away Customer Service has been awful. !!! They have me old hold for 20min plus, they are trying to say the color is the same and they want to charge a 25% restock fee for sending me a couch I didn’t order. I hate them and will never buy anything from this horribly run company again. Also when bringing in my couch they broke my door.

First: the stock floor couch fabric was not in stock so we had to gamble on a random fabric and pillow pattern and hope it came out looking nice. It’s actually came out beautiful! Second: We had to take the day off work to be home for the delivery. Third: Delivery guys came on time. BUT, when they entered our home the immediately said the couch was too big to fit inside??? AREYOUKIDDINGME? There was plenty of room! Last: We pointed out how they could carry it up the stairs. There was plenty of room. All they had to do was lift the couch up one more inch and not scrap our railing. There was plenty of room to not scratch our brand new home’s white railing. Ughhhh the people who work there are terrible. Product is great so far but we should have just carried the couch up ourselves since these guys could care less about damaging your home!!!

After doing some shopping online I saved about 7 items in my cart. When I walked in I was greeted by «Barb». She was the sweetest lady. Unfortunately some of the items I wanted to see we’re not in this location, but she was kind enough to show me to some pieces that were similar so I could get an idea of size and style. After a tour of the facility I left to go home and talk to my boyfriend about finalizing the pieces. We went back later that evening and spoke with«Joe». We took our time and after about an hour we were ready to begin our order. Joe was super helpful and SO patient with us in deciding between styles. We wanted to take advantage of the 24 month financing which requires you to be at $ 2,000. Now that $ 2,000 must be before taxes. So in trying to find items in the store Joe was able to write up our order what me we chose a few more things. He was super sweet and again so patient as we deliberated on what to finalize. Super friendly staff, clean warehouse, and great product. Can’t wait to get it delivered to our place next week. THANKSLIVINGSPACES.

Just got our bed from Living Spaces and everything about our experience was great! First, our bed is beautiful! Looks great in the space and probably a lot more expensive than it really was. Also, while we were shopping in the showroom yesterday, nobody hawked over us. We were free to browse at our leisure without anyone lurking in the shadows to answer the questions we didn’t have. Secondly, the delivery was on time! We received an automated call the night before to notify us of our delivery time frame and it was accurate. The delivery team even called us on the way so we didn’t have to unnecessarily wait around. And the installation was so quick! Within 30 minutes they delivered and assembled the entire bed. Special thanks to Maggie, Joshua, and Joaquin. Hopefully you also help us on our next purchase!

Feels like no one knows anymore what a customer service is, just unbelievable. Called a month ago to Ashley furniture, guess what? They scared the delivery twice, so I decided to get me money back and I went to living spaces. Found everything I liked and ordered it, with my luck? They don’t have everything in stock and they told me about two weeks to get it. Two weeks Almost over and no one called. I called to the store and they said they have everything and they can delivery it by the day after between 12 – 6, SIX hours window frame ??? Yea ! Let’s take a day off for waiting to living spaces delivery, why NOT??? It’s 6PM and no one showed up still… called them… They said the delivery team has a problem and they will be at my house between 7 – 8PM. I wasn’t happy on the phone and they offered me a free delivery, I agreed. Guess what? They showed up at 8PM and the bed was broken! Come onnnnnnn!!! It’s the 3rd time it’s happening, just can’t believe it. Twice Ashley and now they doing the same thing. I guess I’m gonna stay without a bedroom for good :/

Sold me a support board for a bunk bed that didn’t fit the bed. Went to return the support board and they said they can’t take it back. Really awful customer service all the way around. Stay away from this place. They could care less about you
