Alton Marketplace

Very clean and different then other Walmart. Very nice place. I recommend this place to everyone.

This center has some awesome places in it…
Del Taco, Walmart, Wendys, Office Depot, Costco…
Its usually pretty packed, but just bring your patience in the parking lot and youll be fine!

The Alton Marketplace is the plaza frequented by a lot of businesspeople in the area for food, shoppers for shopping at Costco, and anyone else that wants to go to Walmart for mass merchandise. One can also go to the Costco for gasoline, but the line there is too long.
The plaza itself is incredibly large and there is a lot of parking space but most of it is unused and parking in front of anywhere that is actually used is very dense, including Walmart, Del Taco, Costco, and Wendy’s. One should park slightly further away from those locations if one doesn’t mind walking (although everyone I take here really doesn’t like walking so they all insist on parking closer). The Office Depot doesn’t have a lot of people in front of it, though. It is difficult to drive and walk around those locations with people constantly walking and driving around and not paying attention to whatever’s going on around them. It’s also kind of hard to get into the plaza around the Wendy’s because everyone uses the drive-​thru at the lunch time rush and it spills over into the entrance.
A lot of construction goes on in the plaza both on buildings and on the parking lot itself at times, but usually it does not impact the shopping situation.
Overall, the plaza has good stores, but it’s kind of like there’s a desert in the middle of it that no one uses but it could be useful, and the dense parts are too hard to get around in. At times I wish the Walmart were in the middle of the plaza so the people driving around are more evenly distributed.

Meh. Everyone knows what to expect and they deliver.
Went to buy cereal. The place is always clean and most of the time they have what I want.
Best part is there’s always plenty of parking

Costco (+Costco gas) and Walmart are here!
If you’re hungry, there’s the Costco food court, Del Taco and Carl’s Jr.
For office needs, there’s Office Depot.
Need furniture? There are a couple furniture stores here as well.
