I was looking for a watch repair shop close to me and I was glad to see they are in my area since I live in the energy corridor. I’ve taken three time peaces in to be service and they have done a awesome job with both, they even told me that one really wasn’t worth investing the money in any longer. Recently I have taken my late grandfather pocket watch in, a HAMILTON MOVEMENT 421 916 ANTIQUE POCKET WATCH 17 JEWEL. Which, need I say the watch is priceless to me! But I decided it’s time for a restoration. It has taken me years to trust anyone with it. But I believe I will be very pleased once they are done with the repairs and cleaning…

The were very helpful. I went to get a few links removed from my new watch and they were glad to help me, and it only costed $ 12, compared to the $ 40+ some other places wanted to charge me. I had to go again a few days later because I wasn’t completely satisfied with the way the watch fit me, so they readjusted it free of charge. Overall a great experience.

First, it is a little hard to find as it is a small shopping center. I needed a piece for a band on my Seiko watch. They were very friendly and I liked the ambience of the place. I was quoted $ 45.00 for the piece and was told it would be a week for the part to come in. When I returned in to pick it up, the price was reduced by $ 10.00. Again, there was no rushing and it is just a great place to do business with. I will definitely return for any more jewelry repairs that I will need.

My wife and I had several watches that needed some attention, so, we took a chance on this place and were very impressed. Kind and considerate folks who take pride in their business and very courteous. Quick turn-​a-​round and reasonable prices.

Extremely friendly folks. I came in with a band I bought online to find out that they had the same one in the store. If you purchase a band from them, they will fix it and install it for free. They took a look at my damaged band and flat out told me there is no need to purchase a new band, they would instead just fix the current one. I returned the online purchase, and when I picked up the watch I couldn’t be more pleased! They did a great job, and I will be back for any watch repair needs! Thank you!

Let’s see I’ve had two watch bands installed by them and these were not easy to find watch bands but Memorial Watch Repair found a way to customize and make the bands fit for my two watches. I’ve also had battery replaced on a number of watches and finally I’ve bought a brand new Rose Gold-​Tone & Black Plated Stainless Steel Bulova from them at a very good price. The staff is friendly, courteous and have excellent knowledge on watches. Their prices are fair and you can wait while they replace the band or battery.

I came in to inquire about replacing the crystal on a dive watch. The staff was very friendly and quoted me a reasonable price. After giving them the model number on the watch, Ben told me they would have it ordered and would let me know when it arrived.
After approximately three weeks with no call, I reached out to Ben to see if the replacement crystal had been received. Ben was not available and I left my information and he called me back an hour or so later to ask if I had a ticket number (none was given at the time of order). When I informed him I did not have one, he told me he would call back that afternoon.
After not hearing from him that afternoon, I called the next morning to see if he was able to locate the replacement part. He asked me again for my ticket number and told me that he would call me back that afternoon.
Two days later, I have not heard from anyone at Memorial. I am disappointed with the customer service and will be going elsewhere for the repair.

I had several watches with dead batteries and one with a second hand that fell off. They were able to change out the batteries in my two watches in less than 20 minutes.(they were $ 10 each) and took my other one in for an estimate. The owner and employees are super nice and eager to help out. Prices are extremely reasonable… better service and speed than anywhere else I’ve been to. FYI, it’s in the shopping center past the corner and right before the schlotskys restaurant

Was quoted $ 10 for a watch sizing by the lady that greeted me. Was charged $ 12.50 after everything was done by the man sizing my watch. I guess I should’ve spoken up, but he did have to keep resizing my watch a few times so I figured he charged more because of extra «labor.» My point is, prices should be consistent for all customers which is the reason for the –1 star.

I’m so happy I found this shop. I took my grandmother’s antique Cartier watch in for a new watch band and am so pleased! The service was wonderful and my old watch looks lovely. I will definitely return with my other jewelry needs.

I came to this shop to service my watches based on the reviews and so far, it is not disappointing. I brought in 4 different watches, 1 for battery change and the other 3 just for link adjustments. Ben, the older white gentleman, took a look at the watches and told me all 4 will be ready in approximately 20 minutes. I told him I’ll be around the neighborhood as he was about to ask if I need to leave a phone number to call me when they’re ready.
After 20 minutes or so later, I came back in and he just came out with my watches. He informed me the battery changing watch needs some service done as the watch has been sitting for quite a while (which is true) and the battery has corroded. He even showed me the original battery with a bit of corrosion on it. He said I could still get a new battery but it probably won’t last more than 3 months due to potential contamination by the acid or he could quote me an estimate. I asked him for the estimate and he came back and let me know the price which I feel is a fair price.
As for the link adjustment, some fit nicely but there was 1 that was a bit too tight so he re-​did it again really quickly by putting some links back in. The link adjustment is $ 10 a piece and I pay for that first. As for the service of my other watch, Ben have inform me there’s about 7 days lead time and ask me to fill out the full contact detail for them to call me when it’s ready. I will also pay for the service then.
Over all, it’s a small mom-​and-​pop watch repair shop that I do see men in dress shirts stopping by during lunch time to get their watch adjusted, repaired, or serviced. I would recommend this place to any of my friends who needs to get their watch repaired.

Cute little shop tucked into a plaza. The workers in the store were very nice and quick to address me when I got into the store. I just needed a battery changed, and like other reviews have mentioned, they got to working on it quickly. I waited for maybe 7 – 10 minutes. In the interim, it was nice that they have watches, bands, and other jewelry to look at.
Friendly and quick service. Plus if you have to leave your watch for more extensive work, they give you a call when it’s done so you’re not left guessing.

Just left this watch repair shop as a happy customer. The owner Jim took care of everything for me and even offered to buy my old watch band. Will be using these guys for future business.

After «googling» around for a watch repair shop in Houston, I eventually came across this one. I decided to take a risk and tried the place out because (1.) it was not too far from where I live and (2.) it had accumulated a 4 out of 5 star rating from Google reviews. The risk turned out rewarding.
From the moment I stepped in, a friendly lady greeted and started a small talk with me. I told her I only needed to replace the battery and she got a guy to work on it right there and then. This is the first time I’ve encountered watch service like this. I’ve been to a couple of other watch repair places in the past and usually had to drop off the watch and come back later to pick it up. But at Memorial Watch Repair, my battery was replaced in 5 minutes! The service was also only just $ 10.
While waiting for my watch, another customer came in because something on his watch had broken off and couldn’t find the particular part anywhere. The lady who helped me found an alternative to use as a quick and dirty fix and didn’t even bother to charge him. I thought that was really cool of her.
In conclusion: FAST FIX + SERVICE WITH A SMILE.

Found this gem of a watch repair online as it was the closest to me, so took a chance to take some watches in the replace the batteries. Not only was the owner Russell very nice to do business with, he replaced batteries in 3 of my watches in 10 minutes. No long wait, no dropping off and picking up later. It was a pleasant surprise to have that type of customer service and turn around, when in the past, I would have to drop off my watch for a replacement battery and pick it up sometimes days later at my previous watch repair. Very reasonably priced as well. I have already recommended this business to 2 of my friends.
