Amazing service the two ladies that helped me were so friendly and you can tell they truly care about their customers! They helped me with removing a ring that was stuck. Although I didn’t purchase anything the next time I want to buy jewelry I will definitely come back to see them! Great customer service !!

My husband and I have made multiple purchases through the Ben Bridge Jewelers at Memorial City Mall! Not only did he get my engagement ring there… which is beautiful, and I love… But we also bought our wedding bands there and found the sales people to be extremely helpful! Also when I needed to purchase a gift for my husband for our wedding, I went back and the manager helped me decide on a beautiful Swiss Army watch which my husband loves! We couldn’t have been happier with our shopping experience, and wouldn’t hesitate to go back for all our jewelry needs!!!

My fiancé and I went into the store last night. We were interested in looking at wedding bands for both of us. We were not greeted when we walked in. We tried looking at wedding bands but no one would help us. The store was entirely empty and there were several sales people standing around. I was extremely disappointed in the service. When you are looking to purchase a piece of jewelry, you expect some help when you walk through the door. The vibe in the store was unwelcoming and we eventually left. I do not recommend going here. Though we are not big on chain stores, we ended up going to Zales in the mall and they were able to size my fiancé and spent a lot of time looking at and discussing rings with us.

Talk about rude… I have my beautiful engagement ring that was purchased from Ben Bridge and the insurance was purchased through them as well. My love also gave me pearls from Ben Bridge, so he constantly shops there for special occasions. I was truly disappointed by the service I received when I wanted to get my ring resized and look at the wedding bands. I was dressed rather casual and so was my fiancé… I guess they didn’t want to waste their time with us by our appearance or since it is the holidays and many people are buying more expensive gifts. Anyways, I did not feel like they were welcoming, happy for us or anything. My fiancé did not notice the treatment, but I have always been BIG when it comes to hospitality and customer service, so he didn’t agree until I pointed it out. I was OBVIOUSLY excited to look at wedding bands that complimented my ring. They did not have anything in-stock, but they did show me something similar. Let me tell you, as a wedding planner, putting the pieces together for your own day is even more exciting than planning someone else’s. So, when they were tired of me waiting to give back the band, the man asked for the ring back, wiped our finger prints off the counter and said HAVE A GOODDAY. Certainly felt like he was kicking us out. That was very rude for him to do. It really sucks that they didn’t treat us right by our appearance. I know that was the case because we had just finished watching the texans game at the Texans Grill and we were not dressed nice at all. Oh, but if I would’ve gone after work in my business attire, I am sure they would have been all over me like vultures. I don’t even know if I want to get my ring resized anymore. I’ll just eat until my fingers get fat enough for my ring to fit… JOKE!

I was not impressed with Ben Bridge. A very impersonal experience! My husband bought me the“once” in a lifetime watch as a surprise. I wasn’t a 100% convinced about the style and the color of the dial, so I went back to BB the next day, it also needed adjusting. Everything went in a hurry, very poor customer service, 10 min later I found myself outside the shop again with the same watch(and yes, they did adjust it in that time) and still not convinced! They should have giving me some more time and not made it feel like it was a huge deal to change the watch. It is growing on me, but I won’t be going back to BB Ps ridiculous to have a swiss watch dealer inside a mall, it felt like buying a new pair of shoes!

Very poor customer service. Suggest no one shop there for a while. They will have to turn over the staff to try to get an improvement. There are a lot of jewelers. Might as well shop at one who considers the customer to be important and respect-worthy.

We bought our wedding bands here over 4 years ago and had a wonderful experience. The staff were SO helpful and knowledgable and even resized my engagement ring for free. Even after 4 years, they always send us a card around the time of our anniversary. They are different than other chain jewelry stores for sure!

After having a horrible experience at Zales, I tried my luck at Ben Bridge. I was dressed down and looking like a teenager that day, but was greeted warmly the moment I walked into what I can only describe as their little hub in Memorial City Mall. The salesman that helped me out held my hand through the whole processes when my initial browsing came up empty handed. He asked me a few questions and I eventually came to realize that I narrowed my options too much. I came in looking for a specific stone and cut, and left with something entirely different. The purchase was a gift for my mother and she fell in love the moment she saw what I brought home… Then lost one of the earrings the next day… That is a different story. The only con was the price. It seemed slightly unreasonable.

I would like to give kudos to this establishment. the atmosphere is clean, friendly and professional. Not hoity toiti like most fine jewelers. I went to several different high end jewelers in the area to get three watches sized and was not able to find one that was able to successfully remove the links on the bracelets.(two Renato’s and 1 Invicta) . Chris, I believe to be his name, was able to knock it out in less than 5 minutes,(all three watches). I wish I would have gone here first. I use a different jeweler for the less high end watches because they charge less, however I will only trust Ben Bridge to handle my high end timepieces going forward. They also have a good selection of timepieces themselves. Located in the Memorial Shopping Plaza, south of Starbucks. Next time your in the mall, check them out.

I’m a loyal kinda girl and if you treat me right, I’ll treat you right too. And let me just say that being a young person in a fine jewelery store is not a fun experience. Usually the salespeople want to ignore you since they doubt you can afford anything worth getting up for. Plus, what if they’re helping you with some measly $ 100 purchase and a «big one» comes in that door. Nope, they’re gonna just sit on their butts and watch you walk around the store like you’re some kind of criminal. That being said, Ben Bridge is much different. Maybe because it doesn’t have the same prestige as some jewelery stores, it also isn’t all that pretentious. Regardless, they do a good job of showing you what you want to see and(hardly ever) pushing you towards a sale. Ben Bridge is the only major jeweler in Alaska, so I grew up with them and let me tell you, my mom is spoiled. They took care of her well. Anytime my dad wanted to get her something, they’d find it somewhere in the Lower 48 and have it shipped up to look at – no pressure to buy. Even now that I live in Houston and have so many options, I tend to go to Ben Bridge. Another reason I like working with them is because they’re a chain. What you say? I’m giving kudos to a place BECAUSE they’re a chain? Yes. And here’s why. If something goes wrong on any of my jewelery or a watch I bought from them, I can go to any of their stores to have it repaired. Now don’t get me wrong, I do love to support the local community, but could a mom & pop shop guarantee that they could take care of a loose diamond when I’m in Alaska? Didn’t think so. One last thing worth mentioning – they have access to so much that isn’t seen in the stores. Not only are they one of the largest(if not the largest) Rolex dealer in the US, they have access to other great watches(i.e. Panerai) from their other stores. Plus, they have great events for diamonds and watches to look out for.
