Called at 8 AM, had estimate by 11 AM, Crew came at 4 PM, 40 foot Oak removed, using ropes to stop branches falling and tree removed safely in sections, stump ground, fence reassembled and all branches/​wood through chipper/​removed. Also cleaned up any debris in neighbors yard. Job completed by 6:15 PM. Price was middle range of 3 estimates.
Also ground up another old stump for free. I would use them again — but would like to see them all using safety glasses next time.

Called on a Saturday morning at 10 in early October. Was told that his crew would be out at my house around noon. WOW… how fast is that?
It’s now 3 weeks later and I’m still waiting for a return phone call. They obviously never showed. Went with Texas Tree Team instead and I’m so glad I did.
If they don’t have the decency to call to say they are running late then they must be so busy that they can afford to blow off customers.
