This isn’t really a Cold Stone, just ice cream in a cup and no toppings or mixes really!!!

Ice cream was overall pretty good. It’s much smaller than a normal store, so the ice cream is premixed and the selection is small. But what we had was great. The prices were about the same as any other store.

This was a wreck! Not only did I have a terrible time understanding the gal working behind the counter but after she made up my cone I was told that they do not accept Cold Stone Gift Cards for payment. I had the card out when I walked up and she had clearly seen it. Once I was informed of their payment methods she told me since it was already made I had to pay for it and they accepted debit and cash. WOW, talk about rude. Obviously I was still going to pay but after she said that I wanted to just walk away. This was the worst service I have ever received.

Disappointed. Aren’t they supposed to mix it for you, in front of you on a COLDSTONE? They didn’t. And they don’t. Plus their staff was REALLY rude.

This is the worst cold stone I’ve ever been to in my life. I have been to quite a few of them. The prices are outrageous. The service is terrible. They do not mix your ice cream like they normally do. I don’t understand. They just scooped out my mint ice cream«and brownie» and then put a drop of fudge on it and charge me $ 10. Wow. They also note that this franchise is not associated and not take corporate cold stone coupons. If you’re waiting for a plane and really need ice cream, go to the Burger King just as you enter security and order a milkshake.

Not the cold stones I know with no mixin’s possible, it’s not coldstone’s without that. The prices are Hawaii high with very slow service, just one girl so for all these reasons I gave this location 2 stars. We took the chocolate deluxe which was awesome with chucks of soft brownie and shared the gotta have it size due to the $ 8.49 price tag. I saw they had ice cream scoopers for sale but they were normal type you always see. They should sell the ones they actually use which I would buy.

Probably the worst customer service ever. We’re leaving back to the state so we thought we have our last ice cream. The only lady working had no one in line but acts as if she is super busy. we were the only one in line. As far as asking for accommodation like buying only the cones… she couldn’t do it because it requires ice creams. even though the ice cream was good, the customer services could be much better.

Way too expensive– a small will run you nearly $ 8.00, and they do not accept gift cards.

The ice cream was fine, the customer service was not good. We had been waiting in line, the cashier/server saw us waiting in line and allowed another patron to go in front of us. It wasn’t an accident, oops someone got mixed up or anything. It was blatant and rude. The server was curt and unprofessional. Being in an airport, it’s already stressful, but typically people will attempt to make it as pleasant as possible. This was not the case.

A little too expensive for what it is. Losing the competitive edge in the ice cream world. Also hoped for more tropical flavored ice cream options in Honolulu… of all places. Doh!!!

I wish I could give zero stars. This place is a shame to the cold stone brand. Thier ice creams are stale and pathetic. I ordered my favorite strawberry blonde, the girl just dumped the old ice cream into the cup. They didn’t mix fresh strawberries nor the syrup that usually comes with this ice cream. Please do not eat here.

Geeeez… I would have never thought I’d be anything less than a «fan» at Cold Stone. This airport location is a little crazy though. First of all there’s NO «Cold Stone», NO mix-ins, NO personal choices at all… except take-it or leave-it I suppose. All of the Ice Cream here is pre-mixed(minus 1 star for that)…a decent selection of the favorites. Then, of course, there’s the pricing. Thank goodness I wasn’t in a «Gotta Have It» mood. We got 2 «Like It™» — approximately 5 oz — Birthday Cake Remix for a grand total of $ 12.75(minus 1 star for that) Otherwise it’s a Cold Stone(sort of) in a very convenient airport terminal location with a nice, clean, fairly large seating area to sit and relax — kill some time and talk about the high cost of food and treats at the airport.
