Cold Stone Creamery

Sadly disappointed that I ordered and paid for a 6 mixed cupcake pack for my daughter’s bday. They were bagged and I didn’t look at them til I got home. I know you guys are closing down but it’s no excuse. U could have simply said you could not complete my order. They look like they were decorated by a 8 year old. Not the icing that was ordered and no toppings like there w ere suppose to be.

I did not appreciate the service at this location due to the fact the only one out of the two workers was helping me while the other worker cut me off to help the other customers in the back.
Also to the worker serving me, she did an awful job at scooping the ice cream by dropping a big chunk of coffee ice cream into the mint ice cream and strawberry. And she still had the nerve to ask if i wanted that piece. Like how do you even mess up on that im pissed
She also gave me my mint ice cream with the coffee and I couldn’t enjoy my mint ice cream cuz it tasted like coffee.

Sad that there are only a few cold stone locations left on the island. Wasn’t too happy about this location as when we went there was no AC, one of the stones weren’t even on, the blender wasn’t working, and they didn’t have ice cream cones. How do you not have ice cream cones? My ice cream melted really fast too (Maybe easier for them to mix if the ice cream isn’t as hard?). Wish they still had the Kaneohe location.

This is one of the better Cold Stones I have been in. Great costumer service and people are friendly.

Get your act together guys! These two big guys were pretty stoned when they came out from the back room here to help us. The smell of marijuana was pretty strong and off putting. They were both big guys but they were nice enough and the ice cream was good, just wish they had frozen yogurt options.

The ice cream is always awesome, however I after we paid and left a tip, we we didn’t get a song… which always was their cherry on the top … was really looking forward to it, especially having to drive from town…

I honestly think coldstone is over rated. They have okay icecream but it isn’t the best. The people working here were really nice so that was good b

Located in the Salt lake shopping center, between longs drugs store and safeway. Parking can be a pain because parking is shared with many other business. Came in after work and it was slow so I got service really fast.
Staff was friendly and nice and no problems. Shop was clean and organized. Customers can mix and match flavors with many sweet toppings. They serve yogurt and ice cream that is soooo good you get addicted. I ordered the chocolate devotion and let me tell you, I could’ve ate a whole gallon. Coming back because I gotta try their other signature creations. Winnah!

this place is the bomb and there workers are always so nice. Like most of the world I love Ice cream. It’s the only cold stone I know that has the peanut butter flavor. Now that they have the take out containers it’s nice to grab one and head home. Plenty of flavors and toppings galore. It’s always a stop when I’m in the area.

Like the ice cream a lot, it’s just kinda expensive so I don’t get it too often.

WAHHH. My Cold Stone days are over :(So last night I was having one of the worst nights ever. So my fiancé took me out for ice cream so that I can feel better (you know, cause I’m part of the girls who eat their feelings table). Anywhoo, we get a delicious coffee concoction, pay with a I. D card (20% off baby!), and leave. I stick my spoon into this yumminess and am happily eating until… a hair. Yes. a long 8+ inch hair SWIRLED and TWISTED all up in my ice cream. It was doing loops :(I wanted… to die.
I get it, hairs happen. I understand it can’t reallly be helped. But i think at that moment, I began to question the whole method. Throwing ice cream onto a questionably clean service, mixing the ice cream into a mushball, kind of really struck me as disgusting after seeing that long hair swirled all up in the ice cream concoction. How did it get there? The guy who made my ice cream was a dude, in a hat. So… where did it come from? Was is ON the stone? If so, what else is on the stone?
I may never eat a Cold Stone again in my life. And for that, I am eternally sad :(
Worst…day…ever.

I LOVE ICE CREAM!
I don’t have much of a sweet tooth but when I do have the sudden urge to get something sweet I tend to go to COLD STONE! I love their ice cream selection (Heaven in a bowl).
I must admit it could get a little pricey, but the ice cream is delicious!
I came her a couple nights ago with my boyfriend, while we were on our way to Target. I was never one for the signature creations, but what I usually get is similar to their «Cheesecake Fantasy» with just one thing left out! (LOL)
I got their Sweet Cream ice cream with strawberries and gram cracker pie crust. And my boyfriend got the coffee ice cream with heath bar.
Of course with my sudden craving for ice cream, I devoured my cup in what seemed like a 5 minutes. (I should of gotten a GOTTA HAVE IT!)
Pros: Close to where I live. Clean, with friendly staff!
Cons: I don’t really have anything negative to say! To all ice cream lovers, including myself, it’ll probably be, ‘MORE ICE CREAM!’

Went here last night (3÷22÷2013), my son saw a fly stuck in one of the ice cream containers that they were scooping out for him. Afterward they only charge us one «Like It» size ice cream out of 5 people. That’s good business taking care of their customers.

I love Coldstone!!! I LOVE that they have one here! Was so sad when it closed, but was thrilled to see it reopen! :) there are always coupons sent to Salt Lake residents too which I think is great business!

Friendly, quick service, delicious ice cream! What more can you ask for? Love it!

Cheesecake fantasy with almonds and extra graham cracker crumbles — too scrumptious for words… i LOVE it! (and sometimes i just GOTTA HAVE it). Beware of the slow-​moving employee (that’s what dropped a star). Thankfully, his service doesn’t affect the quality of the ice cream and if you have a bit of patience, you’ll be just fine.

The Salt Lake Safeway has coupons on the back of their receipts. One of them is for Coldstone: Buy 2 «Like It» with 1 mix in for $ 7

Very clean, nice atmosphere.
