I asked for a Spicy Chicken Sandwich with no tomatoe. I got the sandwich, no tomatoe, but they put ONE half slice of lettuce on my sandwich. Come on managers! You can’t cut corners when it comes to food! I suggest you budget in other areas instead of product.

This has got to be the slowest Wendy’s ever. I went in to get my food. I stood in line behind 2 other people and 1 lady behind me. The lady at the counter had a large order for herself, her son, his wife and 2 grand kids. The lady behind me needed a refill. The chick didn’t see it was just refill. She finishes with First Lady and gives her partial food order. 2nd lady orders and hers is miraculously right. First Lady comes back because grandkids food is wrong it’s suppose to be plain hamburgers. She finally takes my order after waiting 10 mins to place it. The second lady gets her food and leaves. The First Lady comes back because their missing her sons salad. Then I hear the cashier tell the guy to drop my chicken nuggets. I ask her you are just now dropping in the chicken. She replies yes. And I say this has got to be the worst Wendy’s ever. She gets mad tells the manager she’s not working the front anymore and repeats what I say. The manager comes and offers me a frosty to make it all better for my dissatisfaction. I tell her what I wrote above and point to the family saying they’re the ones that deserve the frosty for your screw ups. She said she’s short handed and it normally doesn’t happen this way. I tell her I’ve seen 3 people on shift run better than this. I 10 minute stop ends up being 30 so I can write this review. The manager could have resolved this by making sure their staff knows how to be better at customer service by 1) listening when taking the order 2) Checking the food order 3) waiting for all the food to come together and not giving partial food(which causes people to eat at different times 4) and taking the food out which would have cleared the line faster.
