Sign says dining room closes at 11pm every day, but at 8:45 only the drive thru was open. Truck won’t fit so I went across the street to Whataburger. Thanks, guys!

This Was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a fast food place. I sat at the speaker to order my food for 5 minutes before I had to ask if someone was there. Some gentleman said hold on one moment. After another 2 minutes he came back and took my order. Drove to the window and sat for another 10 minutes before ANYONE opened the window to greet me. No one said sorry for the wait. Just gave me my food took my card. I even had to ask for my card back and ask for my receipt. After all of this got down the highway to find my son was not given a toy with his kids meal. Called the number to place a complaint but was hung up on or disconnected. I would not recommend any travelers to go to this place unless u are looking for bad costumer service and have a lot of time to wait.

If a slasher film was looking for a JITB location to use for scenes, they’d come here. We pulled in at 5:00PM on a Sunday, and thought they were closed, with only three cars there. When we walked in, we got shivers from the cold, cold temperatures {and the fans were on too!}. My sister and I stood at the counter for a bit and finally greeted the guy, bent over the grill. We received no «Hi» or greeting in response, simply a dry«Just a minute». The guy who took our order, looked like he’d had the life sucked out if him. No eye contact. No smile. No personality. He gave us our cups, so we went to the drink station to fill up. My sister’s foot came out of her flip-flop, as the shoe got stuck to something on the floor. SICK! We sat down at a table furthest from the fans and watched the counter for our order. The kitchen looked like a meat locker, as few overhead lights were functioning ~ dark, metal surroundings with dim fluorescent lighting **slasher film**. Their menu board was only a fourth lit, and the rest was hard to read. We ate our meal as fast as possible, for fear of freezing to death and/or being confronted by a masked man with a machete. Steer clear of this JITB and hit up the Whataburger right across the street.
