So dumb of me to not check the reviews on Unilocal prior to purchasing. We bought several items, one of which was a 3-​piece set (2 chairs and a small table). After they made the delivery and left we noticed that of the 3 pieces, 2 of them had legs that were uneven (one by about ¾″!!). The item was obviously crap so I went to the store to request they allow me to exchange it for a store credit. No-​go. .. their policy is ‘No Returns whatsoever after we deliver, no matter what kind of crap we bring to your house!’. They did offer to repair the furniture.
I implore you, if you’re looking for quality furniture (or quality service) DO NOT LOOK HERE! Look on Craigslist for some used Ethan Allan or Thomasville furniture instead. Even if it’s 10 years old it’ll still hold up much longer than the garbage you get from this company.

I agree. They stalk you the entire time. The woman who we dealt with went on and on about how they pride themselves on their customer service but it was just that that made my wife and I leave. Every time we stopped to look at a piece she butted in to explain the piece like we were blind. They acted like wolves. Very Annoying. We didn’t see anything we liked, but even if we did we weren’t in the mood to buy anything after dealing with the great customer service.

I saw another review pop up for this (from a whining orange head).
As much as I hate to agree with the person who reviewed because it’s likely she only came on Unilocal to bash R&F, she is right. You cannot go in without being hunted by sales staff. Terribly annoying.
