We bought a mattress by Sealy in 2013. Now being March 2015, my husband started having backaches after getting up in the mornings. We removed the bed spread and noticed a dip in the mattress. I called the store on Tuesday, March 17, it kept going to voicemail. I took the purchase involve and went to the store. I walked right through the store with no one in sight. A sales person appeared without acknowledging me, and I asked where was the customer service, only to be pointed by him. Very disappointing and unfriendly. I told the girl at customer service abt me calling in and no answer. She told me they open at 10am, which I said I knew and I was calling after that. She replied and told me that I was maybe wrong. The nerve of that girl. Anyway, I showed the invoice and she said someone would call me end of the day. I received a call to make the appointment for viewing our mattress and it was one week out on March 24. I was surprised as the store was dead, and gave me an appointment a week later. Anyway, the day came and the guy came. He was smelling of cigarettes a mile away. He wore his shoes right into my house and bedroom and it was filthy. The way of seeing the dip in the mattress and by putting a straight iron rod across and taking pictures… duh!!! I can tell you the mattress is dipped by looking at it. He said someone would call me end of day after he presented the pictures. No one called. I called on Friday, March 27 and to be told that my mattress is fine and they are not going to take it back. According to the person, it’s normal to dip where the person sleeps but not the middle, which was fine. I was shocked as I knew that. I wouldn’t complain if it was slight dip but when you get backache every time you get up in the mornings, I know it’s not right. Bottom line, my friends did tell me they had similar issues wt this store 10 over yrs ago, but I though it’s been so long, maybe they got better. Well, they have not improved and I would never go back to them or recommend my friends either. Service sucks, rude staff and arrogant. I don’t want to even give one star but I have to.

I wish I would give mooradians less than 1 star please do not buy from them it will save you a lot of hassle. I purchased a power reclining section from them 3 months ago and one of the power recliners stopped working 3 weeks ago. They send some idiot to come out and look at it a week after I called and tell me it was broken and I’ve been waiting two weeks and they haven’t gotten the parts in yet. Save your money I’m still waiting who knows how long this is going to take.
