Went to two Sleepy’s stores before deciding to purchase a mattress set through them. I am recommending them(at least this location), however I would like to mention two things: 1) Be sure to shop around so that you are fully informed about the selection they offer, and don’t hesitate to inform the sales staff what your budget is. Also, they DO honor the price guarantee in case that is a concern. 2) All accessories are non-returnable and non-refundable(anything in the store that is not a mattress). So although a price reduction or sale seems convenient, if it’s not what you really want, you can’t bring it back. Thank you Dave for providing us with extraordinary service, your extra effort did not go unnoticed.

Disinterested staff who do not have product knowledge are not ideal for a business. The saleswoman who ‘helped’ me was not interested in selling me two beds – a decent sale, I thought, but wanted to go back to her phone at the desk. I went elsewhere. I suggest you do the same.

I want to take the time to personally thank my salesman rich Olender for his exceptional service and dedication to his job. We recently bought two mattresses which I bought from a recommendation from my daughter. They were delivered and after realizing that the mattress was way too hard I called rich and he made a problem into a seamless event. He recommended a different mattress for my back and sleepy’s with their wonderful return policy, picked up the old mattress and brought me one that is perfect for my back and sleep. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for giving me a restful nights sleep with a personal touch that I have never experienced before from a store of any type Thanks again Susan
