Was looking for a cruiser bike. The guys at TTR not only helped customize a bike for me but they also adjusted my wife’s bike for her which we did not purchase from their shop. Customer service and bike knowledge of their team was nothing short of exceptional. I recommend TTR to both the new, novice and experienced bike riders. Do not waste time and money at a big box store like we did on our first bike purchases.

Good shop… focused on touring and commuting… very cool… wish we had a shop like this in Atlanta.
This place has some «unusual» items in the world of cycling. As I said, focused on touring, so they have a nice selection of bags and travel tools that would be needed for touring, but not on a tri/​race/​commute bike (well, maybe a commute one).

We were looking for new bikes, and went to about a half-​dozen shops. We returned to this one.
Knowledgeable. helpful, not pushy, friendly. Great selection of bikes and accessories, and they seem to drop everything to fix peoples’ bikes.
They let us try out whatever bikes we wanted, addressed any and all concerns.
Great location, just off the Swamp Rabbit Trail near downtown.
I understand they also fix up bikes to donate to Miracle Hill.
I just can’t say enough good things about these guys.
