Glory Cycles

I’ve been shopping on-​line for a high end road bike and came upon Glory Cycles. They carry some of the most elite brands like Colnago, Pinarello, and Orbea amongst others. Clive was extremely helpful to me in narrowing my selection, sourced it from the distributor, built it to my specification, and shipped it across the country.
Upon receipt, I found a minor manufacturer’s assembly defect involving a crimped and exposed Di2 wire. I communicated with Clive about the situation. He was most apologetic and we agreed I should take care of it locally but keep him posted. The removal and replacement of the Di2 wire was quite involved (crank removal, etc.), and required several hours to repair by a professional shop. Clive accepted responsibility for the situation, and credited me in full for the repair.
I am elated there was no hassle, I have a wonderful bike, at a very competitive price, and have identified a go-​to place for my cycling needs. Glory Cycles comes highly recommended!
