Bought my 12yo a bike here today. We started out just looking around and she tried several brands from Cannandale, Trek, and Kona. After the ladies at Pedal Chic took the time to measure her inseam and finding a bike that will fit her now and that she can grow with, we made the purchase. Service was outstanding! We will definitely return since they have great clothes and accessories. Thanks so much ladies!!!

The owner was so cool! She was able to order my preservative free electrolytes by Hammer. Shipments come in Tuesday and orders arw made by Monday. Very cool. Convenient. I couldnt find any otger places that carried Hammer electrolytes preservative free in evert way… no sugar no plants no etc… Thank you Robin!!!

Robin rocks it at pedal chic. Always cute clothes and friendly folks hanging out! So appreciate the convenience of parking in her lots and easy walking downtown.

I wish I could give this shop 5 stars, but due to the customer service from the owner I can not. I have shopped here several times and purchased a significant amount of items which I loved. I had an issue with a 70.00 bag I bought ripping on a stress point after about 10 uses. The owner promised to do something about it for a year and a half, and finally was very rude about an type of compensation. Great place to shop as long as you don’t run into any issues with your items purchased.

Pedal Chic is fabulous! Friendly and welcoming to ALL levels of bikers! Went on my first group ride today and never felt intimidated! Great group of ladies and Robin (the owner) is as down-​to-​earth and knowledgable as they come! Bike shops like these are hard to come by! Stop in to see all their great gear and join them for one of their group rides! I’ll definitely be back!
