Southern Bride

They had our money for over 5 months and are currently 3 months late in delivering bridesmaid dresses. We have been lied to multiple times, and even told that WE were lying because they did not want to be responsible for causing problems. The owner is the only woman who has talked straight to us. I must give her credit for stepping up to the plate, but the low level of service is unacceptable. I am just now finding out that we should have looked closer before choosing this bridal shop. Their BBB (better business bureau) accreditation has been revoked and they have an F grade. Their staff now hold grudges against us and we cannot get good service. The wedding was under a month away and we were stuck with nothing. They finally delivered a couple of weeks before.
