David’s Bridal

This is the worst bridal store I’ve ever been to. They almost ruined my wedding back in 2013 when they promised to have my wedding gown steamed and ready the day of but since my consultant wasn’t there the day of no was willing to help me. The staff is always so rude and act like it is the biggest inconvenience to help you in anyway.
We just recently went there on a Tuesday afternoon for my sister’s bridesmaid dresses and no one was willing to help us. I understand we didn’t’ have an appointment, but there were at least 5 people working on the floor and only one woman trying on dresses in there when we were there. We asked for help and one woman said ok and walked away and proceeded to ignore us. Another woman acted like we were idiots for even being in there. We saw one woman come in to get a bridesmaid dress (without an appointment) and she was helped right away. The woman that I can only assume was the manager for the day kept making rude snide comment to her employees about us while we were standing at the register. I can’t believe this is how you would treat people. We will be writing to corporate about this as well.
If you can go to ANY other bridal shop I would recommend that, or go out of Greenville if you have to go to a David’s Bridal. I thought my wedding might have been a fluke but to receive the same rude and dismissive service years later is just completely unacceptable.

Worst experience ever. No customer service. Staff is completely incompetent and have no idea about their dresses. Would never recommend for a bridal party to go to. Maybe for teens and prom but way too rude to be helpful. The store was extremely loud and dirty.

I came into David’s bridal with a small budget and expensive taste. Katelyn immediately asked if I needed assistance. I quietly told her my situation and budget and she led me to the right place, helped me try on gowns and I even found my dress! I could be more excited about it. Brandon and Katelyn celebrated with me by having me make a wish and ring the bell. It was really fun. Also the personal attention I received was awesome. I didn’t have any friends or family with me and they stood in and helped with opinions. I highly recommend working with them!

My experience at Davids was amazing. I went in there to look at what style I wanted for my wedding and although they knew that I wasn’t going to purchase today, they still let me look for 2 hours and try on as many dresses as I wanted. I loved the experience and I actually found the dress. I am having my bridesmaids use Davids for their dresses due to the convenience of location for them being in several different states. If I knew the pressing of my dress would hold for a 14 hour drive to my wedding location, I would purchase from this location. Summer was an awesome consultant for the day and I will definitely recommend her for all friends in this area. This Davids Bridal renewed my faith in the chain.
