Had the fried butterfly shrimp. Was very good. Husband had lobster Alfredo & I didn’t care for the taste. The waitress was so nice & kept are tea & water glasses full without us having to ask. Expect to pay a premium for entrees, except for their daily specials.

Good food, good service. No phone service or wifi. Typical out of touch with modern times.

I personally want to commend everyone at the red lobster in Greenville. Tonight there was a situation where we had to render aid to person that was choking. All of the staff assisted in a timely manner and conducted themselves as true professionals. Openly want to thank the patrons of the restaurant for assisting this person in need. I would also like to offer thanks to the manager for showing his gratitude and support. Dinner here has always been wonderful. I would highly recommend.

Actually the best Red Lobster I have ever been to. Fantastic service from all employees who dealt with us and fairly quick service. We did the Endless Shrimp entrée and loved the Teriyaki Grilled Shrimp and the Pineapple Habanero Coconut Shrimp. The other options were great, too. But those were clear winners. I found that the mashed potatoes were dense and dry, but not the worst potatoes I’ve tasted. The wild rice pilaf was just fine and I liked it. The alfredo sauce that accompanied the Shrimp Alfredo with Linguine was creamy and tasty. The restaurant was clean, as were the bathrooms, and this means a lot to me in a chain restaurant like Red Lobster. I look forward to coming back to this location. It was a pleasant experience and I would recommend it.

The food was good, but the wait staff were inattentive. When we walked in, it took almost 5 minutes for someone to greet us. Someone even walked by and asked if we had been helped and the continued to walk by. My waitress only asked if we needed refills when we were about ready to leave. My order was correct and tasted great, but I was not impressed by this place.

Service was good … Red lobster needs to update their décor… reallllllly outdated and kinda dreary. Food was ok, got the admiral feast and it was so much I ended up taking a to-go box. I rated it az such because there was nothing out the extraordinary about the place or food.

This is one of the more classic Red Lobster I have been in, at least this one does not smell like day old seafood as soon as I walk in, and trust me, there are some out there… The waiting staffs were very welcoming and courteous. My waitress Nicole had a full-on smile since I walked through the door. The drinks were refilled as soon as the ice hit the bottom, and my party chose the Endless Shrimp combos, we did not have to wait long at all between each course. By the way, their cheesy garlic biscuit was so delicious I almost forgo the meal and just get a drink and munch on the endless biscuits

Got lured in by the national«Jumbo Shrimp for a limited time» offer. Ordered the Jumbo Crunch Fried Shrimp. Cooked just about right. Mrs. Shirt had«Walt’s Favorite’s» They were overcooked. Quality of Service: Waitress didn’t know about the entrée. Said«no one has ordered this before». Slow on bringing drink refills. Took awhile to get the check. Cleaniness: Didn’t visit the restroom. New landscaping and paint job. New dishware and I like the new«grinders» for salt and pepper. Portion Size: Shrimp was huge and they have doubled the usual cole slaw portion. Bisquits were smaller than normal and not very hot. Had to ask the wiatress for more mashed potatoes as the original serving was less than the normally small amount. Value For The Money: If you fill up on the bisquits, you can get full. Otherwise, they skimp on portions. Since the fish is frozen to start with, the only way you get value is to use a cupon like we did.
