Our Dyson vacuum died and in talking to Mike, he was willing to take a look at no charge and let us know what needed to be fixed. After looking at the vacuum, Mike said that the repair may be under warranty. He gave us all of the info to call Dyson from the vacuum. After calling we found that it was actually under warranty and would be repaired by Dyson for free. An honest repairman. What a find. If I actually needed to have an appliance fixed, I’d be comfortable going to Mike any day.
