Sewell Infiniti of Fort Worth

I am giving Sewell 5stars not only because they gave me a great deal, but I live down in Austin and even with the distance Charlie did a great job of keeping me updated on the car I was interested in purchasing.

Good service, fast, reliable. Always very friendly. Definietly recommend these guys.

I was able to beat the after work rush and was the first person to get my oil change in my car. All of the employees were extremely nice. The dealership is small, but they invest a lot of their space into the waiting area which I love. The wifi was also very good, and I was able to use my laptop. I will definitely continue to get my car serviced here.

I didn’t purchase my Infiniti here, but I’ve experienced nothing but amazing customer service in the Service Department. The service advisers are extremely professional, courteous, and always keep me updated with the status of my car. I can’t recommend Sewell enough.

I was on the hunt for a pre-​owned certified QX56 (I live in Austin).
In looking for a clean, well equipped truck, Sewell by far had the best inventory.
I sent an email inquiry about a particular one they had.
Chris Mullen was GREAT to work with, being responsive and patient with all my questions by email, text and phone call. Never did I sense that he didn’t want to help, even though we never actually met until it was time to finalize the purchase. Truly superb at what he does.
I also worked with Scott, the pre-​owned manager and Ashley for our financing. Each of them were great to work with as well.
They gave me a comparable offer for my trade in and did their best to work with me.
They were able to beat my credit union financing rate, which was totally unexpected.
They were ALL honest and genuine the whole experience through.
They are ALL completely on task, thorough, punctual and courteous.
I never thought a car buying experience would be so great, especially from 200 miles away! It couldn’t have been any better.
Between the reviews they receive, and my experience with Sewell, they strive to be top notch, and succeed! Unfortunately, I can’t say the same for Austin Infiniti.
I wish I lived in Fort Worth just so that I can experience Sewell’s auto service for the truck.
I am definitely working with Sewell again for future car purchases.

I purchased a car last week from Bruce Cole. Hands down the best car buying experience.
This is a first class dealership filled with first class employees. Bruce was very knowledgable about every aspect of the vehicle.
He has been so good to me even since the sale. I have pretty much had a question every day. He responds fast and has always been able to help me.
Sent me yummy cookies and a letter from the GM after the sale.
It was worth the drive from Dallas to Fort Worth!
Follow-​up: I have to continue to sing their praises. Bruce has answered multiple questions for me. They even sent me some yummy cookies as a thank-​you.

I have had my car in to Sewell Infiniti a few times for normal service needs. Every person I have ever encountered there has been uncommonly courteous and helpful; no other service department I have ever been to has been as consistently, incredibly good. All service has been performed correctly and by the time they promised it.

Giving one star since the salesperson who helped us was great and very patient. Other than that, they give really low offers on trade-​ins and don’t really want to negotiate. Save yourself time and go to other dealerships. Plus, the sales manager had a pretty bad attitude.

Quick and speedy oil change. Very friendly customer service. Will start bringing my car here every time for service. Big and spacious waiting area with drinks and snacks.

So, Sewell has had my Infiniti in the shop for 3 weeks now for a fender bender. It’s been so long that my insurance company is no longer paying for my loaner. I spoke with Craig in the repair shop over a week ago and he said that my car won’t be ready until after the 17^th of the month. I have never had to leave my car at the shop for a month for a minor fender bender. From Craig’s tone it seems like a month is par for how long it takes them to repair a bumper. It’s been so long that my insurance company is no longer paying me for my rental. The repair shop seems very inflexible with expediting a repair in less than a month. Come on guys, get your act together.
I had a great experience buying the car but the repair department is leaving a sour taste in my mouth. I haven’t heard from them in over a week. I’m certainly never taking my car there for a repair again

Service department was great. They called me by name when I pulled into bay. High-​end service you don’t get when you go to other makes dealerships.
