This location sucks! I placed an order online and it said it would be ready by 4:30pm. So I go in at 4:50 because this location is known for being slow and sure enough it’s not ready. So I ask how long and the cashier with zero customer service skills keeps telling me she doesn’t know what’s going on because she just got to work. So she asks in the back, they say it’ll be right out. 10 minutes after standing I asked again how long, she asked and they said 15 more minutes! I asked for a refund. I asked her«so they never even started my order?» Her answer again«I don’t know, because I just got here??» Eff this location. Not going back again.

My family and I went in on a Saturday afternoon and it wasn’t busy at all. The restaurant is clean and the employees are friendly and efficient. Food is like all the other locations, but the employees here are the nicest of all locations we’ve been too. My daughter spilled her soda and the employee who cleaned it didn’t seem annoyed at all, she was actually really nice and patient. This so far is our favorite location.

My first time ever at Wingstop and I was super excited! Well that all went down the drain First of all the fries are not that special Second they totally need to learn how to season and sauce their chicken I got the lemon pepper and bbq, the lemon was really strong. Like super. And the bbq was messy(understandable duh) but wasn’t special Anyways the customer service was lacking too. The cashier seems to be very annoyed, and it took forever to get the orders out when there was only like one or two other people besides me. Legit waited like 15 minutes for my food when it was about 2pm and not that busy Never again

So I had my husband pick up the order I placed online. They forgot another part of my order. I called and they said they trying catching him while he was still in the parking lot but he was gone. They tried calling me afterwards to let me know. I’m just pissed off when the girl said it will be right here for you to pick it rather than apologizing. It better be there you charged me for it! Then she transfer me to a manager who apologize to me and wow offered me fries lol. it’s just really annoying to waster our time and gas going back and forth. I guess I just wanted someone to apologize first about the mistake they made rather than just telling come back and get it. I understand things happened but she didn’t have no sincerity.

The last experience I had here was pretty disappointing first of all this was around 8 at night and it wasn’t even packed. I ordered my food and waited too long to get my food, the fries are too salty and greasy. Not to mention how pricey it was.

Easily the worst Wingstop in Sacramento/Elk Grove Co. I visited this restaurant and was more then disappointed. Not only were my chicken wings severely under cooked(PINK), but when I attempted to call and speak with a manager, an employee by the name of Tina was extremely rude and unapologetic. Very smart mouth and inconsiderate towards the customer. This is not the first horrid experience here. Probably best to drive a little further to another Wingstop if you truly value your money…

We went here with my 4 kids hoping to get a quick bite. Unfortunately, I was super disappointed! I waited 10 minutes at the register to order. Then it took another 40 minutes to receive my lunch. When we finally got it the wings were dripping with oil. I might have understood if the restaurant was packed, but we were the only ones in there except for the friend that stopped in to hold a full conversation with an employee of the shop. Apparently her social status was a higher priority than making the food which I had paid for. Now I know why it was empty! I normally am really happy with Wing Stop, but I will not be going back to this location again.

The food here is standard Wingstop, but there are a few things that bug me. First, there are too many workers that are slow and not very knowledgeable. There are a couple of good workers, but the majority are not good. Second, their prices are higher than the one on Elk Grove Florin. Third, they don’t give cups for water. What made me write this review is their shoddy work the day of the Super Bowl. That morning I logged on to place an online order at the Elk Grove Florin location, but they did not have a pickup time available between 2:00 — 3:00. I understand it’s a busy day and busy time right before kickoff. I then clicked to this location and saw that they had a 2:30 pickup available. Great! I placed my order online, and when the time came I went to this location. The line at the register was out the door and snaked inside the restaurant. It was ridiculous, and it was Wingstop’s fault for only having one register open. Not only that, they were an hour behind on the orders. A guy was still waiting for his 1:45 order and it was about 2:45. Good thing I hadn’t paid yet because I left, I wasn’t going to wait an hour for my wings. I understand Super Bowl is a busy day — but Wingstop should’ve known it was going to be busy. They should’ve staffed more workers to cook and had somebody on the 2nd register. There is no reason why they should be an hour behind what they promised, and if they can’t meet the demand then they should not have offered a 2:30 pickup.

We ordered their boneless chicken. It was a little dry and sadly, none of us(my family) enjoyed them. We’ve had their chicken before, but we usually get the wings and not boneless. Next time we’ll go for the usual chicken wings instead.

I normally try not to give any negative reviews, but after a few visits to this location I feel that people need to know about the service here. On previous visits, the service has been far from friendly. Maybe it was a rough or an off day. It happens. But the biggest issue here is the timeliness. I’ve called in a phone order, waited 30 minutes, then arrived and waited another 45 minutes for two combos — that’s a whole 12 boneless wings and two regular sides of fries. Again, thinking it was an off day, I decided to try it again. This time I ordered online and arrived right away. The online time said 20 – 25 minutes. I figured that was reasonable for the lunch hour. After waiting nearly an hour(this time for only 6 boneless wings), I’ve decided to NEVER come to this location again. Please do yourself a favor and drive the 10 – 15 minutes to the next closest location. Or you can jump in the line for Chipotle, which is wrapped around the store, and still get your food quicker.

My buddy lives right around the corner from this location so I have visited this location a handful of times. Last night before the McGregor vs Aldo fight we decided on wings. Two things are consistent about this place. The wings are always perfectly cooked and the customer service is always a dumpster fire. The customer service issues always center around wait times or general sloppiness in order management. I have had forgotten menu items, whole orders forgotten and they have trained me to add 15 minutes at least to any quoted time. After reading other reviews thankfully the chicken has always been cooked. I always get their«Original» as it delivers heat and flavor but it won’t melt your tongue. Last night I tried Teriyaki which had too much soy and did not work and their«Louisiana Rub». Huge fan of the rub. It has great flavor and it finishes with a Old Bay Seasoning kick. Ultimately the food is good enough to overlook the customer service follies.

Today was my first time in Wing stop. The young lady came right to the counter to help me. I told her I had an online order togo. She turned and Ill be… it was ready. I had the Louisiana and Spicy Asian traditional wings. They were cooked very well to my surprise! They both had good flavor but I have to say I liked the LA wings best! Service was good and wings good too!

I will try my hardest to go to ANY other Wingstop instead of this Elk Grove one! I tried online ordering for the first time and they had my wings ready about 30 minutes late… Thanks for giving me a reason to never come back to this location ever again!

I ordered from this location about a month ago & I had to wait to write this review because my experience was just absolutely terrible. I always order online or through the phone, hoping it would be quicker but that was not the case with this location. I came in about 10 – 15 minutes after calling in my order & I figured I would still be waiting but not for another 30 minutes. paid for my food & the cashier never told me how much longer it would be. so I asked the other workers about my order & they said that they were still working on half of it. turns out my order was waiting on their cart, behind the cashier, for the whole 30 minutes I was sitting there. so I basically wasted my time. considering my order was sitting right in front of me all along. & my wings were cold & my fries were soggy by the time I left the store! I was completely irritated & not to mention, I called in because I was in a rush that day. needless to say, I will not be returning to this location & I advise everyone else to not waste their time here.

DONOTCOMEHERE. Bad service and dirty. Always feel rushed and not genuinely greeted. Go to the one on FLORINANDGREENHAVEN for much better service and a cleaner atmosphere. They also will not give you a cup for water because they say too many people steal the soda… well I’m not most people and it’s a stupid rule and is why I will NEVERCOMEBACK.

Oh Wingstop, you have failed me. It took 30 minutes to get our order and they gave me raw… YESRAWCHICKEN. when we sent it back, they didn’t apologize and when they remade the order they gave my daughter a «come fetch it» gesture. You can’t be serious? You only have one thing to get right and that’s wings. The fries are great though. Yo employees get some class, k?
