Pizza Hut

Not too long ago, my boyfriend and I decided to get pizza here. I ordered online and received a call a few minutes later saying my card info wasn’t working. Well, that’s weird but okay, sure maybe I made a mistake inputting the info. So I reiterate my card information to this kid on the phone who asks me to repeat it several times but also states my card info out loud. Expiration date, security code, number. All that good stuff. Finally after a few tries, asks me if I have another card that can be used. My boyfriend hands over his and it’s the same thing: the worker reads all of the card info out loud. Asks me to repeat a few times. I’m not saying that this was his fault or that this kid is running some sort of secret card fraud stealing business on the side but it seems weird that shortly after this run in with Pizza Hut, both of our cards had hundreds of dollars of suspicious charges. Another weird side note is that my card was only charged to pizza places.
Just thought I’d put that out there. Oh, and if you want a review of the food: the pizza is mediocre at best. The only real reason to go here is if you’re desperately craving pizza or have low standards and also want a good deal cause they usually have coupons online and their Alfredo pasta tastes really good if you’ve been drinking.

Everytime I order pizza from here it’s delivered at LEAST 20 minutes late. About a month ago it was 45 minutes late! When I called to ask about it the girl on the phone was incredibly rude and told me «it’s friday». Worst customer service. but i guess you can’t expect too much from Pizza Hut. Never again will I order from here.

Stingy, ordered 2 mediums came out the size of 2 smalls in ither pizza place. Ordered one Hawaiian and put onion on it 2 $extra but they added literally 3 stripes of onion. Like I shit u not, that pizza is not worth ur buck. Annd did I mention I got it on «sale»? 2 mediums for 18 $ smh.

Horrible horrible delivery. Ordered twice and will never order from Pizza Hut again. Took over an hour past the time they were supposedly going to deliver. First time was 80 minutes, second time was 60. At least call and let customers know that the delivery will take longer.

Ordered a medium pepperoni pizza and HoneyQ wings. Wings were good, but the pizza was weak! I couldn’t get anyone on the telephone. Took 45 minutes for a carry out order and they only had thin crust. This business was unprepared for Super Bowl Sunday! Who does that? My pizza was dry! Crust over cooked. I won’t ever order from this Pizza Hut again.

I’ve loved pizza hit for years, but tonight the pizzas I ordered looked like they were cheap store bought frozen pizza’s. The crust was skinny and the toppings were almost nonexistent. Hope this isn’t a sign of the future.

This is the only Pizza Hut I will go to. They treat you right and actually pay attention to the notes you put when ordering online. Ricardo specifically is the guy that gets things done. I would’ve canceled my order since they ran out of the type of crust I wanted but he made the effort to put the tomatoes on after the pizza was cooked which is not a regular thing so I overlooked the crust and ended up liking it anyways. Great place to get some late night pizza all in all.

Ordered delivery twice. First time the delivery guy couldn’t find my house…(I live in a normal house in a normal neighborhood, nothing around to hide my house or address) after that I opened my big dinner box to find no marinara sauce for my bread sticks and no frosting for my cinnamon sticks. Also the pizza toppings I added on my pizza was burnt to a crisp. The second time I ordered, I ordered some bone out wings, fries, and the Hershey cookie. The wings were pathetically small and the fries tasted stale and old as heck. The only good thing was the cookie, I mean who could mess up on a premade cookie? Never ordering from Pizza Hut in Elk Grove again.

This store is consistently great. Haven’t had a problem in over 2+ years until tonight. But Sam, the manager, took care of it and made everything right. Great customer service. Would highly recommend.

I’ve been a pizza lover since I was little. Pizza Hut ranks up there with some of my top pizza places. I’ve read many reviews of this location and most of them are not so great. I have not had this expereince, thankfully. Everytime I’ve placed an order be it at the location or on the phone they’ve always been courteius and helpful. The pizza is A+ and the delivery drivers have always nice and prompt.

I would suggest not tipping the drivers with any credit cards I have had them add on extra money to the tip multiple times.
Other than that the pizza is fine nothing special.

They said my food would be ready by 2:02, but I was waiting until 2:20.
And surprisingly they gave me marinara sauce for my breadsticks, because try usually never give me the sauce when I order the pasta.
The employees were okay, they seemed very disorganized and unfriendly

I always loved the flavors of Pizza Hut pizzas but this establishment is pitiful for lack of a better word. I tried to place an order online and when I wanted to add wings to our order, the website kept crashing. So I decided to call the order in. I repeated my order 3 times to Samuel and he confirmed my add-​ons to our pizza. He also said they didn’t have anyone available to make wings. The order was to be ready for pick up at 8:05 pm compared to delivery of 9 pm +, we opted for the pick up option.
The hubby got there a little after the pick up time and he still had to wait.
When he got home our pizza did not have a single add-​on to it. Yes, we should have checked but if an establishment has any integrity, the customer shouldn’t have to do that.
I called as soon as I saw the wrong order and the lady on the phone, after talking to the mgr said they could make another pizza but it would be another 20 – 25 mins. Since our order was paid in cash «this is the only resolution we have according to our mgr» is what I was told.
So, I told her we are not driving back after waiting almost an hr for the original order. I told her, I will just write a review. Hence, this 2 star review.
To my fellow Elk Grove residents, think twice before ordering here. I know I will.

When this Pizza Hut first opened I was so happy they came to town. My first 3 visits were horrible. Took me atleast 6 months to go back and it was only for the $ 10 pizzas. But since they had opened til now, I think their service has gotten a lot better. More workers and the person working the front always knows what they are doing. 3 stars for keeping me coming back.

First off, this Pizza Hut is out of stock of chicken wings! Second, I ordered online, the pizza was supposed to be ready at 7:50p. I didn’t get my pizza until 8:25p! Pizza Hut needs to fix their online estimates.

Horrible. Ordered Hawaiian Pizza and they forgot to put pineapples on the pizza. Customer service is bad, all the employees seem to always be mad all the time. The employee argued with me and said that «you didn’t order your pizza with pineapples» when it clearly said on the receipt that I did. All she could do was add on the pineapples on the top. Pineapples were obviously fresh out of the can. I had a burnt pizza with cold pineapples on top. Nobody even touched it. I wasted my money on a horribley made pizza. I even heard them in the back arguing about how pineapples can’t be added on top because it will ruin the inventory. I’m never coming back here again. Go get your pizza elsewhere everyone. The pizza hut on Florin is way better than this place.

I ordered a bacon pizza for delivery at 6:40 pm, super hungry and tired from work. 2 hours later it still hasn’t arrived, so I call them at 8:42 pm to ask where my pizza is. The guy tells me that they don’t have a record of my order. So I have to reorder and now I’ve got to wait another hour.

Ordered a large 2-​topping mushroom/​pineapple pizza recently. They didn’t skimp on toppings which is always a plus! Overall, good pizza option. Great for take out. I can’t say the same about delivery. It seems no matter what day or time of day it is, the minimum wait is close to an hour.

Good pizza for a low price? Why not! I’ve always loved Pizza Hut and with awesome deals like $ 7.99 for a large 2-​topping who wouldn’t? They have a new hand tossed pizza crust which is so fluffy and delicious! Unusually order online because going in location can be time consuming! Whenever I pick up my pizza there’s a ton of people waiting for their orders to be ready. But when I order online my pizza is always ready when I’m there. People are usually nice. You get what you pay for! Not the greatest pizza but it’s definitely good especially for the price!

So this was our 2^nd time trying out this Pizza Hut location… wifey is a sucker for their stuffed crust pizza. I don’t know why we came back when our first experience was horrific.
Our first time was a delivery order on Super Bowl Sunday. I expected the pizza to come late… but almost 3 hours late??? That’s just ridiculous. The pizza arrived cold and it was just horrible. I had called at one point and asked where our pizza was. The guy on the phone had no idea and could not help me whatsoever.
The 2^nd time was today. Wifey ordered some pizza for delivery. All went well on the phone and the delivery guy was actually early. So what happened this time? The pizza looked like it had been dropped! The slices were smushed together and layered on top of each other. Ugh. And to make matters worse, my stomach feels like I’m going to pay for it soon.
Gross. Never again!
