Domino’s Pizza

I haven’t had dominos pizza sense I was a kid so when they opened one close to my house, I thought I’d give them a try. The dominos app is awesome. You can keep track of your order and know exactly what process the order is in. From order to getting my pizza was about 22 mins. That’s with delivery. The pizza was so hot it burned my mouth. The pizza was pretty tasty. the delivery guy (I wish I got his name) threw in an extra frosting for my cinnamon sticks. He was super nice when he brought the pizza and engaged with my son when he came to the door. Overall great experience!

Haven’t been to a Domino’s in ages, but last night during two great basketball games my buddies and I decided lets get some pizza! the nearest location to us was a Domino’s, so we called in our order (2 larges– one with chicken and jalapenos and the other straight cheese). We were excited that the gentleman on the phone said it would be ready in 15 minutes.
We arrived in 15 minutes at the location and were told we had a few minutes still left on our order. While waiting we asked for pepper and cheese to be set in our bag. Well to our surprise they have done away with the small FREE packets and now they sell small shakers priced at a little over a dollar each. That threw me off guard since I have never had to pay for cheese and peppers before.
Once we got the pizza’s home we scarfed them down! they were good tasting pizza’s considering they came from a chain. We also grabbed some of their sweet habanero dipping sauce which went really well with the crispy crust on the pizza. Even the plain cheese was satisfying. Nice job Domino’s on satisfying our pizza cravings!

The pizza is not that bad but they can’t seem to ever have my whole order. If it’s not missing soda then it’s missing the dipping sauces I paid for. I decided to try to order from them and I wrote, don’t forget the sauces or the soda. Aaaaaaaaannnnndddd they forgot the sauces. So the delivery guy said he was going to bring the sauces rite back to us and we waited 45 minutes before I decided to call them and find out he forgot to bring them back. That’s just a bit too much failure for my taste. I won’t be ordering from them again.

This was my first time having Dominos pizza because they were the only pizza restaurant open at 10:30am. I made a group order of 6 boxes of pizzas for the kiddo’s class pizza party & the awesome team at this location got the order finished at the time they promised. Thank you for your great work & delicious pizza.

It’s a pizza spot with nice staff. What do you really expect? I’m sure people arn’t on Unilocal just to read reviews of fuckn Domino’s Pizzas.

We decided to try Dominos again after not having one in a decade. And the pizza crust was horrible, However after complaining to the management, they offering us a $ 20 voucher towards our next visit. This time we tried the Brooklyn style crust and it was very good. They made my family repeat customers due to their excellent customer service and friendly staff.

I’m only 5 miles away but they don’t deliver in my area. That’s awesome. Thanks guys

Said they couldn’t deliver at my apartment, kinda got me pissed because they were only 13 minutes away.

Reason for 3 star is Domino’s stopped giving free pepper with Pizza. Purchased 4 large Pizzas over $ 60 and charging $ 1 for Pepper — this is pathetic. This is a policy from Corporate — not a good policy at all.

I love Domino’s pizza, they have the best customer service and the best pizza ever. Great prices. 1000 times Better than pizza hut…

Fast, fresh and friendly. That was my experience today. It has been a while since I have had Domino’s pizza and I am glad to see one so close to where I live.
I got a large 3 topping pizza for less than $ 9.00. I got a pepperoni, salami and olive. The young lady that made my pizza was great. She was very quick and seemed to enjoy entreating with me and the other guests.
My pizza was ready quickly and the open the box to ensure it is up to my standards. The first bite was fantastic. It is always a good sign when the cheese stretches a few inches.
Thank you Domino’s for a great lunch.

Of course I’m so familiar w/​dominoes pizza! They do me right no matter where im@! So I’m here in Elk Grove, CA my mama! She loved the chicken wings that i ordered & of course, I had to order my custom ordered pizza! Thank u smooches

HORRIBLE service. They have delivered to my apartments multiple times and tonight when trying to order they all the sudden don’t anymore. So when I asked to speak to the manager I explained the situation to him and he basically told me good luck. And said he was new and the old management didn’t do their job. He had an attitude the whole time with me. Lost some loyal customers tonight. Thank God for Pizza Hut (:

(Idk why it posted twice like this). I honestly don’t understand the negative reviews. Either cheap or uptight, pretentious customers. This Domino’s store has awesome service. They give better service than some dine-​in restaurants! Yeah, pizza is just pizza, but I’m usually sold with the service that comes with the meal, and they never disappoint me.

Butcher my whole entire order. Order 2 pizza got one, chicken wings was incorrect. Should check your order before leaving. Don’t go here unless you have time to spare to get your order right.

I actually always liked dominos compared to Pizza Hut but was told today they no longer give out crushed pepper or parmesan cheese… The guy that helped me today said store policy was I had to pay for them. Never heard of that ever before at any pizza place and understand cutting cost but come on guys!!! Next thing you know you’ll have to pay for the napkins too!

Why am I seeing so many five star reviews? You all realize you are eating Domino’s pizza right? The only thing good about bad or mediocre pizza is the fact that it is still pizza. But mediocre to terrible pizza is never worthy of five stars. Please people… Never in my life have I ever eaten a Domino’s pizza (on their best days) and said to myself, «Oh my gawd this is so yummy I want to peel back the cheese and rub this sauce all over my nipples.» Never! Never ever EVER! The fact is, the only time I buy Domino’s is when I am sloshed to the point where I can’t drive anywhere and I «have to have» pizza immediately delivered to my door. Either that or I am having a party, and I need lots of food on the cheap to fill hungry mouth-​holes. I am baffled by this perfect rating phenomena. Maybe I missed out on the free bread-​sticks for a five star Unilocal review or something, I don’t know… I hate to come off as a pizza snob, but seriously… Get out and navigate the Pizza Seas, my friends. The world is full of great quality pizza. Now that I have completely destroyed the myth of this place’s magic Gold Bullion yielding pie… 3 stars for reliable delivery and edible pie. Thank you for providing great convenience.

Very happy with this Elk Grove Dominos, clean environment, upbeat crew that doesn’t look like they hate work. Even tho my order was just a couple minutes late every order I get is delicious and fresh! I can count on this team to take care of me everytime:) I also happen to be the GM here. So anyone writing a review negatively or positively please feel free to contact me. I’m always pleased to hear how we can better serve you guys:)

This 5 star review is based on chain pizza joynts. Domino’s really vamped up their menu and service! Of course, it doesn’t compare to the real deal pizza parlors out there… but it does the trick when you want decent delivery and to satisfy that craving for chain pizza.
This is a new location… apparently, the first in Elk Grove. I was actually quite stoked when this popped up on my Unilocal search. We ordered online for pick up and the website said it would be available in 12 minutes!
This location has a parking lot for convenience. Walk in… and everyone that worked their welcomed us. Awesome service and enthusiasm!
The pizza was hot, ready, and perfect. The wings were also decent… not dry or over nuked whatsoever.
For $ 12, we got a quick, 5 star domino’s meal. Definitely will be coming back to this location again!
