I’ve gone here on several occasions because it’s close to work and a cheap gas station, but I’m never going to go again, and it’s all about the employees there. They all look very dirty and/or sick. They’ve always taken a SUPERLONGTIME to do anything, and most of them have the memory of a goldfish(I had to remind one person 3 times w/in 15 seconds what kind of condiments I wanted). There’s a lady who works there who looks like she hasn’t bathed in years, and the last time I went she made my sandwich in between fits of coughing and dealing with her runny nose. I should have just walked out the door, but I paid for the sandwich and threw it away when I got out. Bottom line: Don’t go here if you care about your own health or you have less than a half hour to get in and out.

Business hours posted online and on the door state that this location is open until 9pm… 825 and the doors are locked and the sandwich artist cleaning up made no move to let me in for one measley sandwich… laziness sucks

The employees here had to be high. I’ve never experienced such slow people. The woman with tattoos(nothing wrong with that just saying as a reference) stared at the sandwiches for a solid 2 minutes before looking back up and asking what they were. That wouldn’t have been TOO odd, but she was literally just told what the two sandwiches were by another employee. I get home and take a bite of my sandwich, and it was just as horrible as the customer service.

Tastes like any other subway… just the staff looked and acted unprofessional… one of the workers(an older lady) was rolling her eyes at me. I guess I caught her taking a break when she wasn’t supposed to be – I’m assuming. I have never been at this location before, so before I paid I looked to the left eating area of the cash register to see if there was an exit door on that side… since I didn’t park by the front door. There wasn’t…just additional seating. And I noticed the older lady(an employee) was sitting down at one of the tables in that section. Guess she thought I was checking up on her. She got up… came around to the counter behind the girl ringing me up and rolled her eyes at me with a disgusted face. She had been there(sitting down) for most of the time I was there ordering my 2 subs. Then the girl at the counter… some younger girl… I think she had some tattoos and dark hair… was talking smack to me about a customer that ordered light mayonnaise on his sandwich… because I had asked for light mayo. She was basically trying to say that subway only carries light mayo and that there is no need to say light mayo… she told me that that customer didn’t understand that all mayo there is light… therefore letting me know that I was stupid for saying light mayo. Ok… thanks! I got it! Next time I will just point at it or nod when asked… so that I won’t get a subway lesson in light mayo! Also it wasn’t the cleanest there. Never coming back here!

This location closes at 8pm!!! Looked up the hours prior to heading there, but the staff were nice enough to serve me since it was 7:58pm and they had not locked the doors yet.

We looked the hours of operation up online and saw that we had one hour left until they closed but when we got there the doors were locked and they were already cleaning up the lady did not look like she wanted to help us at all.

There is suppose to be lettuce on a veggie delight, right? Well at this restaurant when you order a veggie, you get bread and cheese. There is a hint of veggies but I have never ever had such a horrible sandwich and horrible service. If you are wanting to visit a subway skip this one, it is a waste of money and time.

I like Subway’s food because its fresh and low calorie. However, the bathrooms at this place are probably the worse I’ve ever seen in my entire life! Literally, this is no exaggeration. The doors had grimy oil on the handles and wood from years of not being cleaned. The entire bathroom reeked like urine. The toilet bowl has never been cleaned and I don’t think that they own a mop. When I told the lady this, she smiled in embarrassment and did not say a word. Sadly, the bathroom will probably look the same tomorrow. You know the saying, «if your bathroom is dirty, your kitchen is probably just as dirty.»

The two girls employed at this Subway were very nice, but they apparently should not be working with food. I ordered a sandwich, and all was going well until the food handler moved to add sliced bell peppers. From where I stood, I could see an odd glistening over the top of the container of dull-colored green bell pepper slices. I was trying to figure it out when the girl grabbed for them. As she picked up a handful of slices, they left behind a trail of some kind of slobbery slime that absolutely grossed me out. I stopped her and asked how old the bell pepper slices were. She claimed they were just sliced a few hours earlier, and showed where it was marked to show the time they were prepared. I can’t recall ever seeing fresh bell pepper slices of that color, and I’ve certainly never seen any slimed up like that before! On top of that, she insisted there was nothing wrong with them. I will not be returning to this Subway.

I will NEVER eat at any Subway owned by the same owner as this one ever again!(Frank something) 1) his staff look like they live on the sidewalk right outside the store. 2) horrible service! This is what happened to make me decide I will never go again. Ordered a sandwich. Compleatly made girl is just wrapping it up. Go to pay. Don’t have a debit card because it was stolen so i just have my discover credit card. So I hand it to her. She runs in but apparently they don’t take discover so she says it was declined. Oh wait we don’t take discover. I said well I don’t have any other way to pay. She’s all well sorry we don’t take it turns to the girl and says throw that one out she doesn’t have a way to pay for it! Seriously?! Give it to the person behind me for free if you don’t want to give it to me but you’re going to throw it away perfectly good food because YOU don’t take a certain type of payment. There are places that would have just given the sandwich away. Starbucks, Chipotle. 2 places with phenomenal customer service who would have never done this. Frank and his homeless looking/gangster neck tattoo crew should take notes from other places.

Came in here to take home something to eat for later. I asked for an unusual order. I am sure others have tried it, but it can be pricey. I asked for the veggie chopped delight salad and a foot long wheat bread on the side. The girl behind the counter was very nice. It’s the same way you order a regular sandwich. They ask you what you want and they put it in this salad container. They wrapped up the bread in a separate wrapping. It is pricey when you do it this way. They were nice and accommodated my needs. I went home HAPPY!

First time into this Subway, but they’re all the same, really. Today the staff here was polite, quick and very helpful. The food was fresh and the place was spotless. There was a lot of space to sit, we were the only ones in there the entire time. Surprising since it was lunch hour.

As someone who works in customer service and who has worked in food service i have to give this place a fair review. Cleanliness: The restaurant has almost always been near spotless at all times of day Quality: food is always fresh, clean and consistant Service: Its a gamble, there is a 50⁄50 chance you get an unmotivated, person who is at least 30 years old and resents the fact that they work fast food. The older employees tend to have poor appearances, poor attitudes, and general disregard for friendliness or customer service. The younger crew members tend to be fresh and polite. The owner John seems to be hard to reach as its a private owned store. he does not answer phone calls about the customer services issues. Overall a good, safe, clean place to eat. Just don’t expect it to be a pleasant experience, *all statements made are purely subjective and based on at least one monthly visit for over two years
