Jade Garden is one of those places that is OK. No major complaints but also no huge Kudos. I used to go to the place Jade Garden replaced and the buffet was the best around– so I assumed the quality at Jade would be similar. So I gave this place a try as the strip mall was all re-done and the exterior looked nice. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, the interior is clean. I found the menu to be extensive, they had a nice combo section. I also likes how you could get Crab Rangoons rather than an egg roll. I was disappointed that they didn’t have vegetable lo mein or chow mein as an option for a combo. Just shrimp, beef, or chicken. The food was alright. Decent temperature, OK taste, nothing amazing. We went on a Friday night and was very surprised how empty the place was. And how long it took to get the food considering. I don’t think we will go back as there are numerous other superior places close by.

Never been here before because in very picky about my Chinese food but I’m glad I stopped in. First the staff, especially the man who took my Togo order, are extremely nice and know what costumer service means. Food was quick so I thought hmmm it’s 20 mins before close so maybe it’s not fresh, I was so wrong! Food was so fresh and tasty! Beef Lo main was incredible crab ran goons were hot, fresh and crispy and sweet and sour chicken was so good! Just and overall pleasing experience and I will be coming back.

What can you possibly say about a Chinese restaurant that used to be a huge buffet that is now a cheap menu American style Chinese joint? The food was mediocre at best. The servers have been reduced to a single person who did her best to keep up with all the tables. The sushi chef looked so bored that I thought he would start juggling rice balls just yo stay awake. The bathroom smelled like a Porta Potty at a county fair. Overall, it was bad.

I ordered take out last night: 1 large Singapore Chow Mei Fun 1 large shrimp with lobster sauce 2 quarts won ton soup 1 steamed chicken dumplings The bad: 1) The steamed chicken dumplings were all stuck together in a standard Chinese food take out container. They were all stuck together in a big clump, and they fell apart when I tried to remove one at a time. I’ve never gotten steamed dumplings in this type of container at any other Chinese restuarant… and for good reason! The dumplings were average to slightly below average in taste. 2) The won ton soup was extremely salty. They could have used half as much salt and my mouth would still have been as dry as the Sahara desert. There were no greens or pork, just won tons and the salty broth. And the price was $ 4.95 per quart, which is extremely pricey, especially for a bad soup. The ok: 1) The shrimp with lobster sauce was average to a little better than average. The shrimp were large(not the cheap, tiny shrimp often used) 2) The Singapore Chow Mei Fun was tasty and just spicy enough with a decent amount of pork, shrimp, and chicken. If the review were based on the Singapore Chow Mei Fun and the shrimp with lobster sauce, I would have given it 3 stars(worth 3.5 stars but not 4 stars). If I ordered take out from here again, I would stay away from the won ton soup the dumplings.

Very deceiving in size from outside ‘strip mall’ appearance… Very large, clean and attractive. Extensive menu with reasonable sushi options. Appears worth the trip

Good food, slow service. Took 45 minutes to serve food after order was taken. Suspect they lost order, since time stamp on order was ½ hour after the order was placed.
