Greatly regretting my decision to go to this nail salon… The more I look at my nails the more upset I get. I came here to get my first gel manicure, but I’m pretty sure it isn’t meant to be lumpy, streaky, and on my skin. On top of having to pay $ 20 for a bad manicure, my manicurist asked me if I’d like a massage as she was already doing it. I said no, but she laughed and kept on awkwardly going. It wasn’t even a good one and there goes another $ 12. Never going back unless I want to waste my money on a forced massage and crappy manicure.

Worst gel manicure I’ve had. Pictures speak a thousand words so I’ll just let you guys make up your mind. Barely cleaned my cuticles and gel all over the place :(I won’t be back.

The one star is for how friendly the lady who was doing my nails was. Unexpected prices thrown at you when you are about to pay. A massage that I didn’t ask for $ 10, another $ 7 for them to scrub your feet, and just nail color on my daughter $ 20. They really get you on those prices. Their chairs don’t even work. And it’s dirty! Awful experience and will never return. Save your money and go to Glendale.

i LOVE this salon. the women who work here are so nice. i always book an appointment with stacey because she takes her time to make sure my acrylics come out just the way i want them. she’s also an amazing waxer. i told her my skin is very sensitive, it turns red and breaks out very easily from waxing so she puts ointments on and there is no redness at all! i don’t know how she does it. very clean and relaxing environment and fair prices. :)

Walked in on a Friday evening, place was packed but no one waiting. I was seated right away and the owner/manager started working on my nails. Very calm environment and fairly clean. They carried Essie polish which is my favorite black polish. Good atmosphere, clean environment and nice staff. Would return.

I really use to love this place. It is always clean, the staff is great, the nail color selection is large-but in the past year I feel like this place hasn’t been that great for me. They are always under staffed. They never have someone there to do a mani, pedi and wax all on the same visit. They would have to call people over from their sister company, Unique Nails(who are no longer in business). I had really high hopes for this place. I’m hoping they get back on their feet.

So I came here because I got a groupon. I really liked the place. Up to date clean wifi TV and a lot of colors and brands to choose from. Good service. They aim to please you can tell. The prices are a little bit pricy but for my $ 15 spa mani and pedi it was well well worth it !

Best Crystal Gel manicure I have ever had hands down! Not a shred of paint or cuticle out of place! I believe it was the manager or owner who worked on my nails. He worked with such patience, expertise and precision. He has it down to an art form! I felt bad because I came in with an old acrylic set(they do not remove or work with acrylics) but he took care of me… not to mention I was sick and slobbery… he was so kind in getting me water and tissues. The place itself is also very clean, bright and chic. The one thing I would like to see is them open a sealed sanitized package of clean tools(this could be the case and I just don’t see it, but would give me peace of mind… I look for this at every nail salon I frequent)

I walked into this clean looking establishment today when getting my car fixed nearby, I haven’t had a mani-pedi in ages, so I knew it would be a nice treat. Well, usually a mani-pedi is like 30-$ 45 tops everywhere I’ve gone… well, the prices were NOT posted anywhere, they did not offer a menu of services nor did they communicate price breakdowns. Normally I don’t think to ask because I assume taking the OLD nail polish off my toes doesn’t cost an additional $ 7!!! There was a shady vibe the entire time, and I had a very hard time relaxing. The chairs were run down and the buttons on the chair were worn off so for how much they charged me $ 115 for a mani-pedi and 10 min shoulder massage(that was below average), they charged me $ 10 for the shoulder massage and $ 10 for my feet!!! Usually at least the foot massage is included when getting any regular pedi! What the… I felt robbed, and when I asked about them charging me $ 7 to take my nail polish off AND an additiional $ 7 for the trim… they didn’t even say anything except pretend they don’t understand English so I gave up and could only bend over and take the loss and NEVERGOBACK. Don’t go here if you want quality for your money. I have NEVEr in my life paid over $ 50 for a mani-pedi, and this place was my first time getting ripped off at a nail salon and treated like an idiot because I don’t speak their language… I have bunions, and I knew they were making fun of my feet because they need extra care when putting in the toe separates… You would think they’ve done enough looking at feet to know what a bunion is. Made me feel very uncomfortable, and frankly just not GOOD after pampering myself. I would rather go get a nice massage or facial for that ridiculous price and poor treatment. Bad news, keep driving or walking if considering a simple mani-pedi.

I just received the absolute worst gel manicure here! I have never felt so annoyed about spending $ 40 on something. The nail tech was nice enough but I could have done a better job on myself after drinking a six pack of beer. Now I’m off to have them redone by another salon. Buyer beware!

I couldn’t go to my regular place so I came here. The girl yelled from the back of the salon and asked what I wanted. I told her Gel Nails. I didn’t have time for a full manicure to go with it, so I asked if I could have the gel nails and just add the cuticle removal(I would pay for that add on, and not a full manicure) this is what I usually get at my other salon I go to. Well, all hell broke loose. The girls all started talking amongst each other and i had no idea what they were saying. She just kept on repeating herself — «gel nails and manicure $ 32». I did not want a manicure, just cuticle removal and gel nails, AND, I’m ok with paying whatever fee that is, but it shouldn’t be at the same price as the manicure. Finally after about 5 mins. The girl said«gel manicure and cuticle cut $ 27» PERECT! As of now, i dos not like the customer service, and I will up date the review once I see how long this Gel Nail set last.

Update: i’m done with this place. Their chairs are always broken yet no discount is offered for that. My pedicures chip within a week and when i asked for cold water to dip my hands into to help seal my mani faster, they ignored me and walked away. I repeatedly said, «excuse me. May i have a bowl of cold water?“‘, but no one even looked at me. It was so awkward for me and the customers there. There are far too many nail salons on the east side for me to waste my time here.

I hate to give a bad review but, this place used to be great. the past couple years it’s been been going down. They don’t clean their tools. Never do I see them open a sanitized pack of tools. They all seem angry and never pleasant, like they hate working there. I hope it turns around.

Horrible! Do not get your nails done here. I have been to this salon several times and the last couple of times were not so great, but I was in the neighborhood and needed a manicure pedicure, so I decided to give them a chance. FAIL. In short: 1. The nail technician FORGOT my foot/leg massage when giving me my pedicure. Hello! its my favorite part. I had a pillow on my lap, so I couldn’t see what part of the pedicure she was at. When I finally did, she had already finished one foot with polish. I let her know and she argued with me! Then she started talking smack in her native language to the other technicians. 2. The other nail technician was aggressive/rough when giving me my manicure and he smelled like he smoked a pack of cigarettes right before he started work on my nails. His uniform/white coat was filthy. My manicure was atrocious. 3. The customer service is not friendly or attentive, probably because the boss was not there. I was charged $ 28 bucks and $ 1.00 for using my card. I paid and DIDNOTLEAVE A TIP!

I am sad to do this, but I must warn you that you are at risk if you use your credit card in this location. I visited with a friend and spent 64 dollars on nails. I left a 20 dollar tip, which I thought was a good tip. My credit card bill came back for 104 dollars. They just added 20 dollars more. Unbelievable. I went in and spoke to them because I did not want to cause problems for them with the credit card company. It could have been one bad egg, or even(probably not) an honest mistake and it might get them in trouble. The manager asked to take my receipt and agreed there was an issue. He promised to call me. He never did. Strike 2. I know people are working hard in salons. I know it isn’t the best job in the world. I try to be appreciative, respectful and tip nicely. It hurt me that my generous tip was apparently not generous enough. It really truly pains me to do this But if they are dishonest, you need to know.

Although a little more pricey than your average basic nail salon, it’s totally worth it. I was so impressed with the mani pedi I got… I raved and ranted about it for days after. It’s been four days and no chipping(unlike the usual)! There was a bit of a wait, but it was also a Saturday so it was expected for a walk in. The woman who did my manicure was good, but the man who did my pedicure was GREAT! He removed any rough spots on my feet & clipped the excess nail that was adding pressure to my big toes. PLUS, the massage was heavenly on my legs! He’s my new favorite!(Still gotta get his name though…) I’m definitely visiting again!
