Worst dry cleaners I have ever used. I brought several items, and all were ruined. They put clothing pins in a very delicate dress, making holes and stretch marks. Also, after getting back my silk tie, it had wrinkles and crease marks along the edges, making it unusable. Also, a coat came back with a deformed colar. Not going back.

Yep the other reviewer is correct. They do not dry clean on site. They take the clothes to their other cleaner in Suitland. They seem to want to leave early which completely nullifies the «in by 9» business. I’ve left several messages for the «manager» as there is always a swanky white Benz inside the cleaner but no one ever calls back.
Also check your clothes. I’ve had to take things back repeatedly. For re-​cleaning.
