Starbucks

I stopped by this Starbucks before I headed back home from visiting cousins. Mybirthday had recently passed, and I had a notification from my app saying I could receive a complimentary drink. The night before we visited another Starbucks at the Navy Exchange and they wouldn’t give me my free birthday drink because it exceeded the allotted days which wasn’t clear in my notifications from my Starbucks app. (I believe I past if by ONE day) Anyway, when I thought out loud to Marion and voiced my thoughts about not getting my birthday drink, she happily said she would give it to me. I proceeded to purchase other items. I think Marion saw the disappointment in my eyes and knew that customer service is important. This place is awesome and Marion is awesome!

This is my first time in this establishment and I am fully impressed. From the eat off the floor cleanliness to the out of this world fantastic service to the delicious pastries. This is my new favorite spot. Kai is amazing and totally brightened my day and let’s not forget Duncan who’s a hot chocolate scientist who mastered my favorite drink on his first try. Wow wow wow. Thank you for the great start to my day! Love your place and will most definitely be back tomorrow! Great job Qiana!

It’s not too busy and great service. They make the drinks fast and super yummy. I like this one better than the one by Olympic Parkway

This was one of the better Starbucks I have visited. Place was clean and staff was friendly and efficient. I tried the Java Chip Mocha, which I really liked. The place was busy, but the staff was so organized I didn’t have to wait long. I also enjoyed the Java Chip mocha.

Terrible service ! They need to be more respectful towards their customers, worst starbucks ever

Never had a bad coffee made here. The crew is always so nice. Will definitely continue to come here for my morning coffee.

The new manager is to rigid. He cares more about looking good to corporate than the customers and employees. He’s let go of some of the most likable and capable people working there. With less people working there service is going to get worse. This place is going to go down hill until they get a more personable manager. Try the Starbucks on Proctor Valley Rd, nicer manager, better view.

Unilocal should really make a «0» star for failure. I have been a Starbucks patron for over 10 years and I’ve never been to such an unfriendly, no smiles Starbucks such as this location. I and another guest have been standing in line for service and there were 2 employees (1 barista, 1 cashier). Both were busy talking to each other, didn’t bother to acknowledge us until we were forced to ask for help. The manager I spoke to did not seem friendly nor properly trained. It took him nearly 20 minutes to process a return on the register. Please… let’s not give a bad name to the great Starbucks…

I am usually a fan of Starbucks locations, but this one in particular left me a little unsatisfied. I stopped by to pick up a peppermint mocha grande for a heaping $ 4.55. First of all, the service here was very indifferent. No smiles from the employees, and they appeared to have the attitude, that they did not want to be there. Perhaps it was just a long day for them, but still.
To make matters worse, when I went to the restroom to wash up before picking up my mocha, the restroom was a mess. (
) The peppermint mocha turned out to be good but expensive. However, the whole experience at this location, kind of put a damper on everything, including the mocha.
Service with a smile and clean restrooms are important.

Just moved down to CV and this is the closest Starbucks to me. Absolutely love it, great service and kind employees :)

On any given morning, you can grab a latte and get a free magic show if you sit by the right person. Ask Sean if the magician is here and he will point him out. It’s breakfast and a show all before 10am. I love the people who work at this one. My favorite place to get my sugar free vanilla latte on. Jonathan Adler gift cards are chic. He’s famous for saying when it comes to design, wife is always right, unless the husband is gay. Holiday 2010 gift card’s by him give back to «The Red» program if you register your gift card. Do it, and it will justify your caffeine addiction.

Went here a few times, this location has no drive-​thru. In the morning it’s busy, people come in to get there morning ‘hit’ and linger on the small sidewalk ‘slash’ patio. The staff is friendly and able to get the orders flowing and the costumers happy. Good tall skinny vanilla latte btw.
