Horrible place… went in for an alteration on Tuesday with ONE item, asked if I could get a rush and pick it up same day… NOPE…dude behind the counter was super rude… I offered to pay extra and he refused and told me to leave… he’s an asshole and I’ll never be back to this place ever again.

Family run dry cleaner, and I believe they clean the clothes on-site instead of sending them elsewhere, which is a plus(at least for me). I brought my clothes here regularly when I worked and lived in San Diego and actually had clothes worth dry cleaning. The owner-lady is very friendly, remembers everyone’s name, and was usually there to work the reception area. Fair prices, and my clothes were always cleaned well with no issues.

Family run dry cleaner with competitive prices & good hours. There’s even an on-site tailor available for alterations. I brought in a rush job to clean two suits for work(had to travel the next day). The owner was very accommodating & cleaned them the same day.

I wish I could give this place no stars! The owner verbally abused me in front of my 6yr old daughter to the point it traumatized her. To say this place is a family started franchise they need to live up to their philosophy! I took a shirt into get cleaned and I noticed it came back with what looked like a mark on the front which wasn’t there when it went in. I had picked it up and went to the wonderful alteration place in the same building ad had noticed it the mark so took it back to show the man who flew off the handle yelling at me and calling me a liar. He said it was there when I bought it in, he wasn’t even there when I took it in it was a lady? But what terrible customer service instead of offering to re-clean it or even clean it again at a discounted rate instead he threw the shirt at me and continued yelling at me. I left the store near to tears. And my daughter comments every time we drive past thats the store where the man yelled at you and called you bad names! I emailed their head office and they never contacted me. Should have known better

Bad day at the cleaners. They cleaned me out… I brought in 3 sports coats, 4 slacks, and 1 light sweater(almost like a t-shirt) and they charged me $ 59.65… One sports coat was not ironed evenly on the sleaves. My wife fixed it. They have NOPRICESPOSTED, so ask before you commit. THEYARE«A COMPLETERIP-OFF.» Do yourself a favor and bring your dry cleaning to a place of business that«POSTSTHEIRPRICES.» I am the idiot that did not ask for the price, so I «paid the price.» There is a reson they don’t post their prices! STAYAWAYFROMTHESCAMMERS.

I’ve used them for nearly 2 years without a problem. Shirt laundering is $ 1.99, which I think is slightly cheaper than the area competitors. I’ve used a couple of other local vendors and didn’t like them as much. The lady behind the counter has a pretty amazing memory. It was my 3rd or 4th visit when I walked in and she had already looked up my phone number and had the shirts coming around the conveyor. Friendly service from this family business.
