So far so good, I dropped things off on Mon. and received an email Thurs. that my items were ready for pick up.
Everything was ready and looks great!
I took a men’s blazer and a women’s dress and it was $ 16 for the two pieces, not cheap but about normal in SD. The woman there is nice, friendly and helpful. We will definitely be coming here more.
THEY CLOSED, SOOOO SAD, now I’ve got go back north to a dry cleaners.

This place was great. Convenient location Reasonable prices and hours. Recently they jacked up the prices to market rate and now they announced new hours, Monday to Friday 9 to 5, closed weekends. I guess that would work… if I was unemployed. But then I wouldn’t need dry cleaning.

So far I have had great experiences with this place. The location is next to the 805, which makes it very convenient for many in south San Diego County. The prices are very reasonable and if you bring an order of at least $ 25 you get a stamp on your frequent customer card. The customer service lady is very sweet and helpful. Up to this point I have only brought dry cleaning orders, but the quality is what is expected. No «cash only» signs here, so you can get your reward points or miles. I guess the only improvement I can see would be to be open Sundays.

Hello everyone just want to let you know that My Cleaning Closet has made me a happy customer once again. I took 30 items of clothing to get dry cleaned and to my amazement which I shouldn’t be surprised gave me a great price after receiving my 20% discount. Also like always Josefina the attendant made sure that all of my clothes were pressed and hung on the hangers to my liking. She is so attentive and gives the greatest customer service everytime. This establishment deserves a 10 star rating, thanks once again Aurelio

I am very FUCKING upset. I will never be bring them any of my uniforms ever again. I don’t cuss on my reviews but they just ducking pissed me off. So I dropped off my work uniforms on Friday morning. The cashier tell me they’ll be ready on Tueaday. I went for them Tuesday afternoon and nothing, they’re not ready. I asked why and she said they’re just not ready. And then tell me they’ll be here Wednesday. So I came back Wednesday evening, and 1 of my pants are missing. She said they they misplaced them. This fucking pissed me off.

Did not realize how close this cleaners was to my home. I took an expensive suit there for alternation and to be pressed. They did an amazing job on the alternation and the suit was pressed to perfection. Could not have asked for a more professional job. Amazing service.

I’m a new customer and I get my clothes dry cleaned often. I took a sweater and some slacks to the cleaning closet and when I picked them up they looked brand new. I have had the sweater for about 7 years now and it’s been revived. I’m a very picky customer and have found my new dry cleaners and have also sent 2 people and they love it! Thank you so much for your awesome service!!!

I really like the newer service since it changed owners. I really like receiving e-​mail when I drop off clothes and when it is ready for pick up. The most helpful thing is they tell you what needs dry cleaning and what needs laundry and always ask about starch. I highly recommend My Cleaning Closet for it’s high quality finished product of clothes, service and location close to 805 Freeway.

Staff is very nice and I like the fact that they are eco friendly. The only thing I would like to recommend is to let the customer know that items won’t be ready for pick up till after 5, if that’s going to be the case. Other than that, the service has been excellent.

It recently changed ownership and has finally entered the 21st Century and now I receive emails when my clothes are ready and can actually pay with a debit card. I bought the $ 8 for $ 20 Deal and they accepted it and the young lady told me to mark it as used, but when my wife went pick up our cloth they told her you used the deal once before and you can not use it again. The problem is now that I have used it and marked it as used I can not get my money back from Unilocal and why did she not tell me that before she made me use it. They did not give my wife credit for the $ 8.00 we payed to Unilocal deal. Not good for business if you ask me and I will not return.

I have been coming to this location for over 1 year now. It has changed companies and is now the My Cleaning Closet. I have received good service and so far so good. Haven’t had any problems to date.
