On one side of my cheek, my bangs were cut shorter than the other side. I go back in the salon and told an employee what happened she told me she wouldn’t be able to fix it because she’d have to charge me. I told her I had just left. She asked me to come back the next day. At this point, I was pissed off. I told her I wouldn’t bother coming the next day because they are inconsiderate and rude. I’d rather pay for another haircut at a different place than deal with them.

Horrible. Sandra can’t do shit for your hair. Asked for an ombré and it came out looking like shit. I went back to see if they could do me the favor of changing it and they wanted me to pay more. I already paid $ 70 for an ombré that looks bad im not gonna pay you another 35 to fix it! FUCKERS!
