I was hoping to finally find a good Chinese restaurant around me and when I entered China kitchen I was impressed. Very clean and the young lady working there was bringing my online order to the front desk as I entered. Unfortunately this was all that impressed me. I want to warn people not to order any Shrimp in any of their food. This place does not devein their Shrimp. None of it. All my shrimp including the shrimp egg rolls, and sweet and sour shrimp had veins in them. The only thing I liked was the Mongolian Beef. Stay away from the Shrimp!

BBQ pork was a little weird, as it was drenched in sweet and sour sauce. Shrimp and broccoli was perfect. Overall China kitchen is solid delivery Chinese food.

If I could give no stars I would. Called in at 7:56pm to place an order for pick up, was told 15 mins and literally waited over an hour. Other people were ordering as they walked in and got their food. I was waiting for a small order of shrimp fried rice and large orange chicken and the lady was rude when i had asked about my food. Be more organized!

For a greasy spoon/hole in the wall Chinese place, this place is pretty good. But… That’s what you’re getting. It’s a hole in the wall Chinese take out place. Expect no more. We’ve been going here for years. Love the General Tao’s and Mongolian Chicken. The wok guy makes all the sauces as ordered so sometimes it tastes better than others and sometimes it’s thicker or thinner than others. But each time it’s still good. The ‘dinner special’ is great: fried rice plus an egg roll. Portions are decently sized as well. Some of the other Unilocalers mention the counter lady… She can seem a little rude but she isn’t. She’s actually nice. She’s just busy. They run the kitchen with just a few people. She is taking multiple calls and helping the guys out.

The only reason I’m even giving a 2 star review is because the delivery man was kind and the fried rice was pretty good, aside from pulling out a piece of hair from it which definitely was NOT mine because it was a totally different color! That was enough reason for me to NEVER order from there again. If I can’t trust that my food is safe/sanitary to consume, why would I give it a second chance? I’ll pass. I also ordered sweet and sour chicken. The breaded chicken wasn’t that bad but the sweet and sour sauce, yuck! I can’t even begin to describe what I tasted. It was watery and had a not-so-appealing kick to it. Nothing of what I expect my sweet and sour sauce to taste like. Luckily there were about 4 – 5 packets of sweet and sour sauce and thankfully those were fine. Normally I’d be the type to call and make a complaint but I don’t know how far I’d get with the language barrier. Plus, I wouldn’t want to eat anything else from there establishment since I now have major trust issues.

It is a hole in the wall kind of joint in a strip mall but you never judge a book by it’s cover. I think that China Kitchen is one of the best places to get Chinese food in the area. The vegetables still have that bite to them and the meat isn’t overcooked which is excellent which is a big + to me

I’m an airline pilot who gets around to enjoy my fair share of good food. I also love Chinese food. This place belongs out of business. The women working the counter could not have been more rude. The entire place smelled like dead fish. I ordered Kung pao chicken. Some of chicken isn’t edible and the rest of it has zero flavor. This place must be avoided. I would have given it a zero if I could.

Worst Chinese food ever, the lo-mein was so garlicky, that was only flavor, wonton soup had no taste, dumplings all dough, only saving point was fried wonton, nice and crispy.

I don’t really go to the«hole in the wall» chinese joints for trust issues. But I was craving fried rice and chicken so bad I decided to walk there after the gym. I ordered orange chicken with fried rice to go. When I got my order approx 15 minutes later I was so hungry I sat down and ate it there. The rice came out okay with no complaints. The orange chicken though was questionable. The orange sauce was way to sweet and the quality of the chicken wasnt the greatest. It tasted mostly like breading. I was in no position to complain since I already paid and half those people don’t speak English. Gave it a chance and won’t be coming back.

I always order the Mapo Tofu dish and the ba pork appetizer from this place. I prefer picking up my order from there and avoid having my food delivered especially during peak dinner hours because everyone in the area orders from them and they are really busy during those times.

I walked in about an hour before close and they had already put all the cook ware away. The staff spoke very very little English and were very rude. It took 10 minutes for them to even begin cooking my meal. After about 25 minutes I ended up with the wrong food and the person at the counter refused to remake it correctly or give me my money back. After exchanging some choice words and gestures with the person at the counter I walked over to the hotdog stand in the same strip mall and had a much better experience. Avoid this place at all costs. The place up the street is much better and much much cleaner.

I ordered a dinner meal and it appeared to be a good amount of food until u realized they put rice under the chicken to make it look like there was a lot. Food was ok. It took the delivery guy over an hour to bring the food which sucked!

I’m a regular there and so far have been happy with their food, portion size and price. The only time I was disappointed was when I ordered some new Thai dishes they added to their menu. It was lesson learned — I know better than to order a hamburger at a Colombian restaurant so same rule should apply here. Stick to the Chinese dishes and you won’t go wrong.

Quick delivery at a great price. Minimum amount is $ 10. We had wonton soup and Kung pao chicken and it was good. Kung pao had a great amount of spice to it. I’d order again.

I’m all for supporting mom-and-pop businesses but in this case, SKIPTHISPLACE. Ordered lunch special«to go». + Cheap lunch special($ 4.95 to $ 5.45) — Dirty — Crappy food. Ordered cashew chicken. Everything was doused with soy sauce. That’s all you taste. The chicken tasted sour. I stopped eating it for fear of the meat being old and getting food poisoning. Threw all of the dish away. Never again.

Pretty good Chinese food. I ordered from here after looking for a Chinese place open on a Monday(or usual spot was closed). Ordering was easy — we called but you can also order online. They told us it would be ready in 10 minutes, and it ended up being pretty close to that estimate. My husband and I each ordered a dinner special(he had orange chicken, I had kung bao chicken) and we enjoyed our meals. The dinner came with the main dish, a side of rice(fried or white), and an eggroll. When we arrived, the place already had quite a few people waiting for their food. I was glad to see that since we were straying from our tried and true spot. Once we got home and dug in, I thought the food was actually quite light, except for the heavy, greasy eggroll. It wasn’t my favorite. However, the crab rangoons were tasty and had extra scallion, which we both enjoyed. They give you a ton of food too — the dinner special easily fed me 3 meals. I haven’t yet declared a winner for our Chinese food business, but this place is definitely in contention. We’ll certainly order from here again to try some other dishes.

As an update to my last post, we did order from here again and instead of ordering the«meal» I ordered the dish and one fried rice for our diners to share. The price was definitely more expensive this way, but you also got more of the actual dish too… so I guess the meal isn’t as bad as I thought, it just depends on how much you want to spend/eat. The dishes come with sides of rice. not really stated on the menu so we didn’t need the fried rice, but the fried rice was good. Same as the first time, the soup was a great bargain, the egg rolls were fabulous and everything else we ordered was decent and plentiful American Chinese.

I’ve been going here for years as it’s by my work and where I pay volleyball. The staff are friendly but be patient as their accent/english could be a challenge. This place has a table for 4 but it’s mostly for take out. The lunch specials are pretty affordable and you can literally serve it for 2 people. I like their chicken cashew or Kun Po Chicken with chicken friend rice with an egg roll. It has a lot of fresh vegetables which I like and it’s not greasy. Hubby loves their Orange chicken, crispy and sweet chicken nuggets with fried rice.
