Kirk’s Mini Storage

Pretty much what everyone else said. Mark is a really great, straightforward guy. The place is well-​run and neat as a pin. You may have to wait for a space. I waited months for mine, and have had it for years.

I have used Kirk’s two different times, and very pleased both times. Mark is more interested in having a nice business and making some money, rather than charging as much as possible because the market will bare it.
His rates are better than any other storage place in the area. It is always clean, quite, and safe.
Also, I just received a refund check in the mail because I left before the end of the month. I was not expecting anything back. I called and said I’ll be out in two days, that’s all the notice I gave and he still returned money… WOW!
Mark is an old school small business owner. More interested in great customer service and satisfaction than making as much money as possible. We need more business owners like this, like it used to be in this valley.

I inquired about a space here but they are all full at the moment. The owner called me back and left a very polite and detailed message about possible future space options if I could wait. which I cannot.
However, the fact that he took the time to respond and how nice he was shows that he’s got great customer service skills. If I need something later on, i’ll keep this place in mind.

This is a great location! Mark is awesome. We only are paying 85 $ for a 5×9 opposed to Public Storage’s 185 $ a month. Elevators to use dollies and a wheel cart for you to use.

Kirk’s Mini Storage is a family owned business so you get personal service from Mark, the owner. The storage units are various sizes and they’re all indoors. I’ve seen vehicles there, too. When I compared price with Public Storage and other big companies last year, Kirk’s was very competitive. Open 7 – 7, 7 days a week. You get a code to enter the building and then a key to your unit. My unit had electricity. Dollies and carts on premises for your use. Located on the west end of downtown Campbell, on a street where it’s easy to park.
