Really bad service — decide to go with another brand because they way they handle us — very bad customer service and the employee there show they do not care — my husband took me to another place and bough me a beautiful bike beautiful carbon fiber — their terrible customer service made them loss over 3k in sales — and what’s a shame is that the manager was one of them — is a shame, when We walk inn the store was empty, no customer was in the store and we was unattended for at lease 10 minutes, they looked like we was bothering them and rush us, we felt very uncomfortable– disappointed

This place is great! The three staff that were there when I went in were fantastic. Those being Cindy, Ralph and Rick. All of them helped in more ways than one from great advice on places to go biking or a few things that I should do to stay road safe or part and bikes they had it all. Went in for a few minor repairs and got out of the shop for under $ 25. Easy on then bank account and heavy on the advice… win/win. Thanks Guys!

Great store! The staff is very knowledgeable and Kind. It can be intimidating, walking into a store like this for the first time but they are patient and informative. Scott Webster in their service department is above and beyond, great! I’m a new rider and he has helped me immensely. I don’t own a Trek bike, but his work on my current bike was stellar. I will keep coming back, and I hope you will check this place out at least once as I know you’ll be back again and again. Thanks«Trek Store of Cape Coral,» you made biking a new hobby I can enjoy, knowing you’re there to help when I need it!

Now we’re talking GREATBIKESERVICE! I took a bike into Dave here last month for a tune up. He was warm and welcoming. He listened to me and told me what he could — and could not — with one of my bikes. He was up front about the cost and time he’d need to tune up a new bike that had been left outdoors — and so was simply rusty. I’d only had a couple of rides on it. He didn’t try to «sell» me on making it the pretty bike it was when it was brand new. He listened to my needs and expectations, and gave me a fair and reasonable quote. The shop itself told me a lot: here’s a bike shop that sells cycling accessories and will tell visitors where good nearby bike paths are and how to access them. For reasons beyond my control, my bike was at this shop for weeks longer than we’d all planned. Dave called me 2 days after I’d taken it in to let me know it was ready. When I say it was there longer, I mean it was there for over a month! Dave assured me he it was OK, that there’d be no problem keeping my bicycle for as long as … well, indefinitely. And not to worry. That really took a burden off of me. I finally picked up my bike. It rides great. The cost to tune up this bike was more than reasonable, Dave REALLY knows bikes, about cycling and about local places to ride. He’s even helping me to find a bike carrier for my Mini Cooper convertible. And, while he SELLS carriers, he can’t accommodate my car, without having a hitch installed. If I do get a hitch, I’ll buy a rack from this shop. Meantime, Dave has been very helpful, with good suggestions for me so that I’ll have the right — and safe — carrier. Kudos to Dave, his great shop, and for his generosity with his time. It’s well worth going off the beaten track a little to have my(4 bikes) cared for at this shop with Dave in charge.
