Peter Pizza

Finally tried this place after reading about it for so long… and it was worth it! We had the square pie and it was better than L&B. The only thing I would change would be to have regular mozzarella instead of fresh mozz, but that is just a personal preference. The best part was the crust, which is light and crispy on the outside and chewy on the outside. The sauce was perfection.

After living a few blocks away and always noticed this place but never went in. I ordered an upside down pie to go and I must say it was delicious! I definitely be back for more.

Excellent pizza, grandma slice is out of this world. I go all over New York looking for good pizza and this is great slice.

Seriously. I never knew how much I could love a square pie. I am a pizza snob and there’s only a handful of places I love. The amount of cheese is generous, the sauce tastes like his grandma has been stewing tomatoes all night and the dough has the right amount of chew & crunch. Each element is tasty and together they just make this magical Sicilian pie, best that I’ve ever eaten in my life. Peter pizza is so amazing that I’ll order it at work so that I can take it home all the way to crown heights. I’m thankful to have this place in reach at work where I am with other pizza addicts. Bravo Peter!

It’s a pizzeria really close to my place. Food is basic. Pizza is ok-​ish. The wraps/​paninis are good. The appetizers as well. It’s a place I wouldn’t come as often though.

Got the Z sticks and upside down Sicilian pie… both were delicious

Been coming here a few times and absolutely love it! I recommend the Nono (grandma) slice it had amazing sauce, thin crust. I also loooove the upside down pizza slice, it has a lot of sauce and thick dough.

Best pizza in town. Thin, crispy and sesame seeds crust, what more can you ask for? Give it a shot and you’ll go no where else

Amazing slices with sesame seeds in the crust. Service is what differentiates it even more from a snobbish place like Totonnos.

Second best slice of sicilan in town behjnd spumonu gardens. It is still a high quality slice and a fantastic option if you need a bite to eat.
They still deserve the 5 stars. Go here and enjoy. Next time im going to try the regular slice.
Brooklyn is the mecca of pizza dont let anyone tell you otherwise.

They are close and good

I ordered the upside down pie, for the first time, and it was delivered hot in 35 minutes. I’ve been disappointed, lately, of another place that makes a similar pizza. They tend to burn it. This pie from Peter Pizza was delicious and the crust was cooked perfectly. Crunchy, not soggy, not burnt, perfectly golden. I highly recommended this pie. Five stars!

Peter had the best upside down square pie and Sophia pie I have ever tasted. The square crust is crunchy on the bottom and really soft in the middle. The sauce is evenly proportional, giving a good texture and flavor when biting. the Sophia is tomatoes pie with garlic, this allowing to taste that garlicky tomatoes flavor.

I feel bad posting this because there are so many positive reviews, but I thought my two plain slices were mediocre.
I was new to the neighborhood and saw this place had very positive reviews, so I ordered two plain for here. It was burnt and just not that good. Sorry Peter…

Excellent pizza, very reasonable prices, and super quick delivery.
The pizza that we ordered for lunch came very quick and tasted great. It was also covered with sesame seeds on the crust which was a nice surprise.
I will definately order here again!

Not even a question. My favorite place. Such a small gem. Amazing Upside Down, Vodka, and Artichoke pizza. The food makes me giddy it’s that good. I love the flavor. Genuine Pizza at its finest. The people who work there are super friendly.

Delicious pizza with a unique sesame crust that I eat because I usually skip the crust.

If anyone tells you Peter Pizza has average pizza, they clearly are not a pizza conosseiur like I am. The square is one of the best in Brooklyn. I can honestly say the square is just as good, if not better, than the famous L&B square. If you like pizza, and want a good square, comparable to the best, look no further. They use top of the line ingredients and they never disappoint. Also worth mentioning are the other specialty pizzas that make your mouth water just looking at them. Even the sesame seeds on the crusts of the round slices add an extra flavor that most pizzerias fail to utilize. Do your mouth a favor, take a bite out of the best square in Brooklyn.

While looking like a classic neighborhood pizzeria, this is one of those gems that is a find.
While the regular slice is just that, the Sicilian and especially their grandma pizza is worth a cross-​borough trip. The sauce and spice standout to make this destination worthwhile.

Been living in this neighborhood for 4~5 years now… Always complaining there are no real good pizzas around here (which is ridiculous as we are in Brooklyn, pizza central) … I have seen Peter’s pizza on Unilocal for awhile now but for some reason I never tried to order from them … Until today
Why did I waited this LONG? OMG ~ it was delicious!!! Although the delivery took an HOUR and my pizza arrived Luke warm, it was still great!!! What a genius pizza!
For my first time ordering, I tried the Sophia Laren. Caution: order only if you like lots of garlic. This was soooooo good. Fresh tomato slices, garlic, mozzarella cheese, sesame seed crust… It was a bite from heaven!
It’s Not saturated in boring tomato sauce, It’s thin, with just enough mix of fresh ingredients to make it interesting until the last bite! Especially ending with the crunchy sesame crust.
I Will definitely order again, next time I will try the «inside out square pizza» … But I do hope they can deliver faster next time, I need it HOT! LOL
