Pizza took 2.5+ hours to arrive. When I called after 90 minutes he said it would arrive in less than 10. 30 minutes later the owner again said it would arrive in less than 10. When I tried to cancel after it had been over 2.5 hours he gave me a lecture on patience and that it wasn’t his fault. He wouldn’t accept my cancellation and I Couldn’t handle his condescending tone any longer and hung up. It did actually arrive 5 minutes later and wasn’t horrible. But yikes. Never again.

The slices here were pretty good. I only give it three stars because the ambience. There’s one little table, no where to wash your hands or bathroom, trashcan is outside. But this place has the basics. It’s a great slice. Really cheesy. They warmed it up for us. They split our slices so we could share. The cheese slice was really awesome. I liked it better than the pepperoni.
They had dried oregano which I sprinkled on top of my slice. I had a great flavor along with some Parmesan. Standard stuff. Totally oily. A flimsy foldable slice.
My favorite part about the slice was the cheese. The mozzarella was so stringy it just stretched for days and days. Totally delicious.
They have other slices like a white cheese, chicken, broccoli, and others.

I ordered from Mario’s one night on a whim and really enjoyed it. Now, I order routinely and its been consistently good. The sicilian is delicious. Fast, friendly delivery.

This pizza is such a solid classic NY pie. A much better pie than you will find for delivery in most parts of the neighborhood and its surrounding. A few years ago I moved out of their delivery zone and I practically begged them to make an exception to deliver to me. This year I moved back into their neighborhood and needless to say I am psyched. The pepperoni pie is delish. BTW, it’s CHEAP.

Very dependable delivery and yummy pizza! My go-​to delivery is the plain cheese. A crowd please-​r for sure. The sauce is perfection. Love it!

Dependable delivery service and a good in-​between pizza crust — not too thin, not too thick. I’ve ordered several pizzas (in the past) and tried everything from pepperoni to bacon (omg) and they don’t disappoint.
…that was until I ordered pizza around 9pm on a Friday. The delivery guy showed up and practically shoved the pizza box in my face. Then my husband opened up the box and the pizza is soggy. The cheese won’t even stay on the slice soggy. Slurping up the sauce soggy. Gross!
This was a one time fluke and the order was not far from closing time.
But still…

I really don’t understand the bad Unilocal reviews.
I ordered their pizza (saw they were delivering on
) and thought it was totally acceptable. It was the most reasonably priced in the neighborhood, it had a TON of toppings, and it was pretty good. I won’t say it’s the best pizza I’ve ever had but it’s DEFINITELY not the worst.

Disgusting! When they first opened I was in high school and they would give students a $ 1 slice. They had to do that because neighborhood folks would NOT eat here. In fact I’m neighborhood and I perfect to walk to Luigi’s which is a 5 minute walk as compared to Mario’s which is literally in my back yard.

Without question some of the worst pizza I’ve ever had in my life. My brother lives in Ohio and he gets better pizza than this. How this disgusting place got an «A» rating makes me question the system.
