I planned a party here for my father a month in advance. I paid the owner and sent out invitations, 3 days before the party the owner informs me that he was going out of town and thus we couldn’t use the already booked location. Who does that?! I had to scramble to find a venue that would hold that many guests, and had to re-​invite everyone with the address change. Although I tried my best, some guests still showed up at the Palace believing that was the location. My family has thrown multiple parties there and I will never return. This place needs to learn how to conduct better business.

Came here for our bar tour before heading to Sweet Revenge. We waited… and waited… I’m pretty sure the bar tender looked at us waiting at the bar, and waited, bartender looks the other direction, and waited… tongues wagging for a cool beverage, and waited. and then left.
Seriously? The place was not packed at all and there weren’t others at the bar trying to cop a drink. Ridic!

Come here when you’re tired of the crowd and the too-​sweet Manhattans at Sweet Revenge next door. Cheap drinks ($ 6 for Maker’s on the rocks, in a plastic cup no less) and makes for interesting people watching.
