If I could give 10 stars, I would. This place is amazing! I have not been disappointed every time I have come here. I don’t remember the exact name of the special that I had but it was a pasta with sausage and asparagus. I never in my life didn’t want to stop eating a dish. Their service is great. Everyone is very friendly and my water glass is always full(not that that really matter to me but it does to some).

Not the best. It’s average. The items I ordered were all stale, including the bread they provided. The shrimp I ordered based on a Unilocal review, was brought our shriveled, shell on and lacking seasoning. My friend did not even bother eating bc the first item(appetizer) made him feel queasy.

Excellent pizza will come back again. My favorites are the Margherita and Prosciutto e Fungui pizza.

I have never in my life felt so attended to by a staff. For NYE2016 I came here and had the pre fix 3 course menu for 60 $. When I arrived the ambiance was gorgeous, they had red balloons on the ceiling, they had the projection of ball dropping in Times Square. We and my partner ordered and when I say my waiter checked on every second I am not lying. He was amazing. We waited no later than 8 minutes for every course after we offered. I wanted them to write I love you on the plate but they couldn’t, my waiter got a piece of paper and wrote I love you and drew a heart and brought it out to my partner. I was in awe at this mans efficiency. We bought a bottle a wine, even though ppl where are around it felt so intimate. The place isn’t huge but the staff personality and food amazing. The restaurant provided everyone with confetti, NYE hats and noisers. Everyone counted down together. Then everyone cheered. The restaurant handed out champagne to toast in the New Years. By far one of the best memories I have ever had. My bill was 180 plus because two 60 $ menus, gratuity of 30 $, bottle of wine and taxes. I ended up tipping the guy 10 $ more because I never had service that gosh darn amazing, excuse my French lol. This service can compete with some of the top restaurants. I had the filet mignon salad, it had cheese and mushrooms and pomegranate, who would’ve thought that would all go together but I cleaned my plate lol My entrée was the seafood bowl. I tried the lamb at first but like the seafood so I chose the bowl, but the lamb was so tender. Seriously I’m speechless at the huge portions they gave. For dessert I had sliced peered laying in a bed of ice cream. If you are reading this understand I had to share this lovely gym with the world. Will be going again.

WARNING: ONLYCOMEHEREIFYOU’REPREPAREDTOHAVE A DELICIOUSITALIANMEALTHATWILLUNDOUBTEDLYBLOWYOUAWAY. Carbonara and mussels highly recommended. My dad, who is very picky about italian food because nothing ever tastes like the dishes his grandma used to make for him, literally paused and stared intently as if he were taken back to another place and time when he tried a bite of the carbonara. The pasta was cooked perfectly and the sauce was rich and tasty. Maybe you would like to have the similar pleasantly nostalgic experience of eating a plate of food that genuinely makes you happy because it brings back awesome memories. We also had the lasagna, the seafood risotto, and the brick oven pizza. I recommend sticking to the pasta because it’s so great. Will definitely go out of my way to come here again. Give this place a shot, you will not be disappointed.

the hubs and i used to order delivery from this place all the time. my fav is the spaghetti pomedoro — you know a place is good when the simplest thing on their menu is amazing. we’ve also consistently eaten the chicken farm, the chicken w mushrooms, lasagna, and ravioli. all good.

This is by far my favorite Italian spot in the area! I’ve only eaten there twice but we order from here at least once a week. The delivery is always quick and the food is always warm and delicious when it arrives. The delivery staff is always pleasant and if you call to add on an item they are always happy to accommodate and update. Here are a few of my favorite go to items: Appetizers: –Calamari –Gamberi –Bietole rosse –Parmigiana di melanzane/ Pizzas: –Baci&abbracci –Salsiccia e rapini –Peperoncino Mains: –Cavatelli con rapini e salsiccia –Spaghetti al pomodoro –Chicken parmigiana You honestly cannot go wrong. Best place ever.

We went here last night for a 30th birthday dinner and had a great time. It’s a small restaurant with a good size garden area. Not much of a bar to speak of(only two stools!). They accept reservations(which are recommended). Everyone who worked here was kind and helpful, from the bartender to waiters to bus boys… nothing unpleasant to report! They have a good sized wine and cocktail list as well as a handful of beers(two on draft and the rest bottled). The food is what pushes them above and beyond your average Italian restaurant in Williamsburg. All of the pasta, mozzarella cheese, and bread(tastes a little sourdough-ish) is made fresh daily. I enjoyed the pappardelle with a lamb ragu sauce and it was fantastic. The lasagna and seafood pastas also came highly recommended. They also have a huge number of pizzas and a large wood fired oven. We tried the margherita pizza which was good. Many of the group got the arugula pizza which was well received. Prices were commensurate or less than what I’d expect for the neighborhood(many options in the $ 10-$ 15 range). I wouldn’t say this place screamed family friendly but I was surprised at the number of young kids that were there while we were dining on Saturday evening. Good place for a special celebratory dinner without breaking the bank!

This place is a deliciously unassuming little gem. It can look quite empty in the restaurant, but step inside and head out back to the cute little garden. Highly recommended for very reasonably-priced delicious home cooked Italian food.

Food was so delicious that it reminded us of Italy. We miss it and want to go back to eat more good food. Service was great and attentive. Would definitely come back again when we go back to NYC.

Good food, good service, good value! This is a good Italian restaurant in the heart of Williamsburg. Friday night 8pm I was surprised how EASY it was to get a table. Sat in the garden at the back. Calamari and Tuna Carpaccio appetizers were delicious. Bottle of Malbec at $ 24 very good value and decent too! The fresh bread is really good with the olive oil and balsamic vinegar dipping. My wife had Linguini with clams good size plate and she really enjoyed. I had the cavatelli with brocolli raab and sausage. It was very tasty but portion on the small side. My sister had the pepperoni pizza which was thin and crispy and her friend had the pasta with jumbo shrimp and also was on the small portion side. The waiter was very attentive and the service was pretty good. Overall everyone enjoyed what they had. Good place to eat!

Ever wanted to order from a place that delivers within 15 minutes? This is your place. Maybe they won’t deliver to that expectation for you, but they have yet to miss the 15 minute mark for us and we’ve ordered from here at least 7 – 8 times already. We live about 2 avenues and 5 streets away so it’s not necessarily«down the street» from us either. The food is always fresh, and the pastas taste amazing. We love the spaghetti and the penne dinners and could not say enough about them. Also: on our very first order they sent us the wrong pasta. We ordered spaghetti and meatballs and they sent us just the normal spaghetti(a 5 – 6 dollar difference). We called, and told them they sent us the wrong thing. They asked what we got and what we ordered and said give us a few minutes. And I mean, 10 minutes later, they were at the door with a fresh thing of spaghetti and we got to keep the wrong order. now THATS service. I also disagree with the portion comment in these reviews. The portions aren’t HUGE, but neither are the prices. I mean, a good italian place in the city doesn’t have pasta for under 20 and you complain about a 15 dollar portion? Come on people. In a day and age where every idiot in the world has a way to express their opinion on social media, it’s hard to judge a place by reviews. Take my advice, and eat here. There’s lots of great options in Williamsburg, and for pasta, this is one of the best. Hands down.

Just recently had my birthday dinner at Braci & Abbracci. Service was great and servers were very polite and accommodating. I had a party of 10 and we had a pre fixe menu. It was perfect! Every plate was delicious and my party was pleased with their dinner plates. I would definitely come back again.

Came here for my boys graduation. Loved the food, so fresh and yummy! I had the Baci Abbracci Pizza, it was smokey goodness! And my other half had the chicken special, it was chicken stuffed with ham and cheese with mash potato, onions with gravy. Took me back home to Britain! Love a bit of mash and gravy. Anyway, his was amazing and we finished both! Only deducting one star and the waiter was a bit sneaky. He asked us if we wanted water, we said yes and he brought water to our table.(assuming tap water as most restaurants do bring that at the start) But it was in a see through bottle– here I was thinking they just wanted to be fancy. But we got charged $ 7 a bottle… if we knew that would’ve rather ordered another cocktail lol.

This is the first time I ordered here and if you want decent portions, this is NOT the place for you. I ordered the Spaghetti and while it tasted good, I could finish it in 4 – 5 bites. You could probably fit the dish in the size of a sandwich ziploc bag. Oh, it was 11 bucks…

Found this place on Open Table, and they had a reservation available for 5 last minute and had good reviews so I said let’s do it. My uncle is SUCH a picky eater, if it is a vegetable or swims in the ocean he isn’t interested. So it makes it difficult to pick a kind of cuisine he will be okay with, thank god for Italian. We decided to skip the apps, we weren’t starving. We ordered a round of drinks, this is where I have to take the star away. My mom had a strawberry mojito, and it was way more fruit than liquid and we felt it maybe had 3−4oz of actually mixed drink. For 9 dollars, I would like to have more than 4 sips worth of a mojito, though the taste was good. The sauvignon blanc I had was delicious and my uncle had a draft Sapporo. We opted to sit in the backyard garden and the weather was perfect for that. It is a little dark but that is what the flashlight feature on my cell is for. I had the lamb shank with gnocchi, it was really flavorful and well cooked, though a bit salty for me. It was a huge portion for $ 23, definitely reasonably priced. The remainder of my party ordered lasagna, the salmon, and the branzino. The branzino is served with spinach and was a good portion of food. My uncle, the picky eater, got the lasagna, he said it was one of the better he has ever had. We ordered dessert, I had a coffee and split the tiramisu with my mother. It was okay, tasted like it was bought and not homemade. My uncle had the cheesecake, he polished that off too– the man can eat as long as it isn’t «rabbit food», and my cousin had the panna cotta with a balsamic reduction. The coffee was delicious and strong. I will be bringing my boyfriend here for a date night. The backyard with the blooming trees and flowers is a romantic but casual date spot.

Coming from Austin, TX there isn’t really much Italian there to eat that is remotely close to being authentic. While vacationing in Brooklyn eating real Italian food was at the top of my list. Especially fresh pasta, I mean who wouldn’t crave that? I wanted something that wasn’t incredibly spendy and close to where I was staying(broadway). After numerous Unilocal reviews I settled on this place. Right when I walked in I was seated at a table right by the window. The staff was super friendly & attentive, but not overly pushy like I’ve experienced in other Italian restaurants. Water & bread were immediately served. The bread was traditional with just a little olive oil on the side. Perfect amount to crush the hunger in my belly. For dinner I ordered the truffle ravioli. The pasta was cooked perfectly with just the right amount of filling. Nothing was overly greasy or overly flavored. It was a perfect combination of buttery & nuttiness. My partner ordered the cavatelli, which was just out of this world. Every single item in her bowl was full of flavor, the broccoli raab was perfect, the noodles were the right texture & the sausage was something we will both crave after our trip. I wish I had time for dessert because the tiramisu looked like something out of a dream. This place is the bee’s knees. Only wish I could find a place like this in Austin. Cheers!

Amazing. Loved the New Years menu. Everything was so flavorful. I started with the lentils and sausage, followed by incredible ravioli, then lamb shank and finally tiramisu. The service was also great even on a busy evening. I would definitely dine here again.

Strong 4 This place absolutely deserves a full cumulative four for many reasons, not least because it has achieved definitive survivor status in what is undoubtably the most profoundly changed neighborhood in the city over the past decade. I lived in Williamsburg basically 10 years ago, and while its bohemian prime may have been a few years in the rearview by the time I arrived, it was still a far cry from the generic Disneyland for trustfunders/baby bankers/Eurotrash that is has sadly devolved to thanks to the horrific redevelopment out from the waterfront to parts beyond. This place was newly opened back then. Then, as now, I would always worry that the place might close since I would often see it near empty or worse. Maybe many others like myself were keeping them afloat all this time by ordering delivery upwards of several times a week. Regardless of the reasons I am glad this place has survived thru the extreme change of the past decade, since its quality has remained excellent to the point that I would feel comfortable declaring it one of the overall best restaurants in Williamsburg, then or now… The place is operated by real deal true Italians, not Italian Americans. There super tight pants give this away even before you hear them speaking in Italian, and then the food even confirms it. That food is excellent, especially the house made pasta. The Cavatelli with broccoli raab with sausage, as heavy staple in NYC area trattorias for at least a decade now, is perfection, the dish I am likely to order anywhere from once to several times a month for many years now. Like I said this dish is about as ubiquitous as the come around these parts, yet I cant think of another place with a version that even comes close. Other killer pastas include a heavier but delicious beet gnocchi with a thick creamy decadently cheesy gorgonzola sauce, solid linguine and clams with tiny Manila clams, and a vegetable ravioli which can satisfy even a devout carnivore like myself. While the pastas are my go to here praise is also due toward the strictly Neopolita. style personal size pizzas put out from the impressive oven on display at the rear of the super Mod dining room area. I cannot off the top of my head recall ever getting any main courses here, although I likely have. I am simply coughing that up to the fact that the pizzas, and particularly those pastas are so damn good. As I mentioned the interior décor is aggressively mod. I find this acceptable as its in keeping with the full on Euro vibe of the place, however it simply might be too much for some to take. If this is the case for you, and the weather is agreeable enough, I would recommend making use of their lovely back garden. Of course you could also join the apparent multitudes like myself who opt for takeout. Either way you will be rewarded by receiving excellent Italian food, as well as helping to insure that this place remains an asset to this now dubious neighborhood for many more years to come.

You cannot get much better value in NYC than this place. We each had a glass of wine, shared a salad, ordered a side of sauteed spinach and split pappardelle with Lamb ragu and Margherita pizza for $ 55. It was all excellent and the service was very friendly. This is a great spot a little bit off of Bedford with great food, atmosphere and service. Highly recommended.
