Bad service!!! What are you talking about?!
I’ve always had great service here, and I know what good service is, being a customer service professional myself. Yes, it’s always busy. Yes, there’s always a long line. So what? I’m thankful that a DD is in the mall to serve my coffee/​breakfast needs. It might be a small location in the food court, but they do their best to accommodate you. Put a smile on your face when you place an order, and you will most definitely get one back in return.
If you’re not happy, go to the Starbucks in Target or the Nordstrom e-​Bar.

Always bad service. Always inattentive and too busy talking to one another to pay proper attention to the customers. Usually not wearing hair nets or caps so watch out for hairs in your sandwiches; and be sure that the food you get is properly heated throughout. Won’t go there anymore. Try Au Bön Pain!
