Dunkin’ Donuts

All Dunkin donuts are awful on the weekends period. You always get the 16 year olds who don’t care about their job. I get it! But I just went to this location for the first time because I was heading to the highway. My wife and I ordered two sandwiches and two coffees through the drive thru. We hopped on the highway and when my wife opened her sandwich she had a LEGIT BITE ALREADY TAKEN OUT OF HER SANDWICH!!! If we weren’t in a rush to drive to Burlington VT for a wedding, I would have went back in there and lost my shit! There’s obviously a piece of shit working there so I would go somewhere else.

I actually work for a Dunkin Donuts so I wrote a fair review. Usually when I go to this Dunkin donuts I wait about 5 minutes which isn’t bad at all considering this Dunkin donuts is extremely busy. No offense but the purpose of the drive thru is to DRIVE THROUGH. So I’m sorry if you’re going to order 4 sandwiches, and three coffees of course it’s going to take a little bit. This not only irritates the people working, but it also irritates the customers behind the person with the big order. Yes we allow you to order big orders through the drive thru but it’s honestly meant for two or three coffees or donuts FAST things. Overall I actually love this Dunkin donuts, the staff is super friendly, they try their best to remember my order (I’m in there quite a bit). However I did notice that in the morning they have faster service than in the afternoon. In the afternoon I can be waiting for 5 – 8 minutes for my coffee.

Avoid this dunkin.
This past weekend was awful. Slow service I had to wait for a simple coffee and bagel — along with go in and ask for my order from drive thru. Was there a good 20 minutes. After saying they had their product I came in to find out it was out. The place was dirty inside. Chaos. Rude comments about a costumer were made instead of trying to process orders.

I wrote a review about an awesome DD’s in Waltham. Now I am writing one on a somewhat terrible one in Quincy. This one is right down the road from my GF’s so I will go here on Saturday mornings to grab a quick coffee.
Went there two weeks ago and I am pretty sure the guy running the window was high. Ordered an ice coffee with cream only. Got to the window and the guy tells me it is going to be close to $ 6.00. I tell him I only got a coffee with cream only, so he reduces the price and tells me it is $ 2.77 or whatever it is. I give him the money and then he just kind of stares at me, and I have to repeat, I got a coffee with cream only. So I guess he grabs the one large coffee sitting next to him and gives it to me. I am like alright so I drive off to go to Lowe’s. When I got to Lowes it was a flavored coffee with what tasted like extra sugar. Just un-​drinkable. So I had to go back. I was going to forget about this until I went there this morning.
This morning it was okay, just got a latte. Yes, I was made fun of by my girlfriend, but the drink wasn’t the problem. This time we had to wait as the prepared the latte which is understandable. As we waited though this girl running the drive thru was being loud and talking about how much she dislikes the people in the drive thru. How sometimes they are so rude and that if they have a problem they should say it to her face. Which kind of makes me chuckle… They are rude because you are terrible at customer service and they don’t say it to her face because the whole point of the drive thru is to be able to order and get the hell out of their. This place is a mess and needs to be cleaned up not just cleanliness but the people that are working there. Will I go back, yeah when I just need a coffee and can go inside so I can try the coffee before I leave. It gets two stars for being conveniently located. That is about the only upside. Also if you go through the drive thru be ready to possibly sit in the middle of the busy road.

I just started coming here recently for my morning coffee and hashbrowns (delicious) and the staff is super nice every single time. It’s the little things like that which really start my day on a nice note, and I really appreciate those little things.

I have been coming here for about 20 years. It has always had fast friendly service. Since april of 2014 this place has become soooooooooo slow and unfriendly. I get there around 2pm before work everyday and usually i get in and out. For the past 3 months the drivethru window has a line all the way past the car wash? They need to speed it up in there. I will be going to marylous until they wake up. Maybe lacy can teach them how to get things done right

Worst dunkin donuts I’ve been to. Don’t get a breakfast sandwich because nothing will be cooked on it. Have to ask to cook everything extra when you order and it’s still almost frozen
