I am an avid Dunkin goer… Travel a lot and am always stopping at the first Dunkin I see. This by farrrr is the BEST Dunkin ever !! The drive thru is always busy but you’ll never wait more than a few minutes regardless! The staff is so so friendly they actually brighten my day! And as the other reviews state YES they give you hot cups without question! I truly love good and efficient customer service and this DD has it! Best one in Quincy :)

My fav DD in Quincy! The staff is always nice and friendly in the store and also the drive thru. They give you hot cups for your ice coffee without asking.

This Dunkin’ is quick, efficient, and friendly. Trust me, the drive through moves faster than you’d think.

Normally this is the best dunks around. No joke, during the week they’re so efficient and never mess up. Sundays oohf nevermind, there was 1 car in front of me I ordered hash browns and a coffee. I get to the window and she gives me a tray with two coffees and muffin? I’m like I don’t have two coffees and unfortunately I didn’t realize she gave me the wrong food to boot. I now am sitting with a coffee that isn’t the one I ordered and a muffin I don’t like. Thank you incompetent 16 year old who probably shouldn’t be on the morning shift. Love overpaying for things I didn’t order…

Don’t they have to do traffic studies before places are allowed to open? This place creates constant hazards with traffic spilling out onto the street with the insane drive through traffic, which ought to be closed immediatley.

As someone who is on the road all day Dunkin Donuts is a frequent stop for me. This particular branch of the fine organization is extremely sub par to put it as nice as I possibly can. I’m not sure what the issue with the staff is here but it has become apparent to me that the theory of natural selection has gone out the window. I frequent this location once a week as I work in the area. Every week this location never fails to sabotage my order. The location itself is nice as it is very clean and well kept. For that I give it 5 stars. Unfortunately for the service received on a weekly basis, this 5 star rating is a 1. Not because the service has a redeeming quality, but only because I cant leave a 0 star rating. I am not 100% sure what kind of illicit drugs are being distributed among the staff during the mornings but they couldn’t get an order right if they’re life depended on it. After ordering a bagel with 2 cream cheeses and receiving 2 bagels with 4 jelly packets this morning, and having to repeat myself an average of 4 times a trip, and often getting asked to pay for more than I order at the window, today was the last straw 95 Franklin st. I wish you luck on your future en devours, and in finding a staff that hasn’t eaten paint chips as a child. However, you have lost my business.

I only have been to the drive-thru at this location. They have never messed up an order and the employees are always so happy and friendly. One of the better Dunkins in the area. Only issue is pulling out of the drive-thru is sometimes a pain.

I’ve lived a 5 minute walking distance from this dunkin donuts for most of my life, so it’s always the one I go to. they’re always friendly, fast, and get my order right. and recently I had a school project where I had to collect 3,000+ dd straws, and they were very helpful with that. and there’s usually no line whenever I go, except in the mornings. the only thing I don’t like is in the mornings the drive-thru line goes out into the street, blocking traffic. I know this isn’t dd’s fault, it’s the stupid customers who don’t know how to form a line that’s not blocking the whole road. but overall this is a great place.

I like this dunks. I live right down the street. It’s always busy and the drive thru line backs out into the street but they always get my stuff right and they are always friendly.

Happened to be craving Dunks & the baby was being nice so I thought Id get him a Munchkin… So I was driving around in an area where I didnt know… Had NO idea where I was actually(I tend to do that, drive around until somthing looks familiar just to learn a new route — never know when you might need to go somewhere)… and I turned a corner &BAM Dunks was there, I was very pleased… This one looked very nice from the outside, the landscaping was pretty — it just look nice & clean(I used the DriveThru so I cant comment on inside) But I ordered My Iced Latte & got the baby some Munchkins & the girls were VERYNICE!!! They even gave me a hot cup for free without even asking, but I have my Coozie so Im always covered… If in the area will stop in again!

I like this Dunks. It’s open 24⁄7 at least the drive thru is. The one thing that keeps me coming back here is there 2 bags of coffee special that they always have. I have no complaints about the service.

This location has terrible service. The woman behind the counter barked at us when we tried to order a breakfast combo. We were under the assumption that the combo came with a medium coffee(as shown on the menu boards). «WHATKINDOFCOFFEEYOUWANT?» «Um, medium.» «WHATKIND?» «Um, caffeinated?» «NOCOFFEE? OK. NEXT!» Another woman, not as rude as the first, but by no means friendly, finished taking our order. Next time I’ll just go to Starbucks.

Aww, come on. It’s not that bad! I’ve been living within walking distance of this D&D for about a year now, and I don’t have any out –of-the ordinary stories or complaints. Sure, the line for the drive thru gets out of control on both weekday and weekend mornings, but what D&D doesn’t have an insane line? 3 stars for the lady who works there remembering EVERYTIME i go in there with my roommate that she’s allergic to dairy. Overall, D&D is not my first coffee choice in general, despite growing up on the south shore and being surrounded by them– i much prefer marylou’s, coffee break, etc. But if i need a quick fix and some exercise, I’ll walk on over and grab an iced coffee.

I visited someone that lived in Quincy about two years ago and stopped here for breakfast. I really don’t understand the East coast fascination with Dunkin Donuts. Coffee seems bitter and over priced and the donuts are nothing out of the ordinary. My big issue is that the service always seems slow and no one is very friendly.

I waited in line behind nobody because my son had to use the potty :) and quick. He was jumping up and down with his legs crossed on the verge of crying because he had to pee(he is three) and the door to the bathroom is locked. The cashier was waiting on nobody and I was the only one in the store except for my son of course. I asked a few times if I could have the key but she was too busy talking to a friend on her cell phone with that little ear piece thing in that I couldn’t see. After a good 5 minutes she threw the keys on the counter without looking at me and yelled at me to MAKESURE I LOCKEDTHEDOORWHEN I WASFINISHED!!! I couldn’t have purchased anything if I wanted to. I would have made a purchase because she let me use the bathroom but she wouldn’t look at me when I returned the key. I hate DD products and I never give them my business as a rule but I just don’t understand how people put up with this kind of service on a regular basis. People LOVE Dunkin Donuts and this seems to be the treatment of most. Maybe if you like the coffee the service doesn’t matter? It matters to me and I won’t give them my hard earned money. Oh and it goes without saying that we couldn’t breathe in that bathroom, it just reeked of urine and feces.
