I’m saddened this is the closest Dunkin to the location I work at, because the attitude of the drive-​thru staff is not ok. I will make a point to grab something closer to my house. I literally get handed my food, and not acknowledged at all. I understand the frustration of a morning rush and the HORRIBLE configuration of the drive thru at this location, but I’ve been at busier Dunkin’s where they serve with a smile and a thank you. Not that hard :(
